【摘要】：近年來，隨著我國高校畢業(yè)生數(shù)量的急劇上升，大學(xué)生就業(yè)壓力十分突出，探索如何提高大學(xué)生職業(yè)能力成為全社會關(guān)注的問題。目前，就大學(xué)生自身素質(zhì)而言，已有研究大多主張通過改善教育制度，優(yōu)化課程結(jié)構(gòu)，增加大學(xué)生在校期間的社會實(shí)踐，從而提高大學(xué)生的職業(yè)能力。而就大陸的現(xiàn)狀來看，將社會工作模式運(yùn)用到大學(xué)生職業(yè)能力提高方面的實(shí)踐研究極為少見。 為將社會工作模式的優(yōu)勢與企業(yè)豐富資源相結(jié)合，也為進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證社會工作模式的獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢，本研究運(yùn)用小組工作方法，，在企業(yè)內(nèi)部對大學(xué)生開展基礎(chǔ)職業(yè)能力提升的社會工作，旨在探索企業(yè)內(nèi)小組工作對提升大學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)職業(yè)能力的有效性及有效程度。 具體做法是：將武漢某著名企業(yè)內(nèi)部在崗的20名大學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)生，運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)抽樣的方法，分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對照組進(jìn)行對比研究。在小組工作開始前，根據(jù)大學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)職業(yè)內(nèi)涵，參照已有研究并結(jié)合所在企業(yè)對于大學(xué)生基本素質(zhì)的要求，制定大學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)職業(yè)能力評價表，并運(yùn)用此表對兩組成員進(jìn)行前測。接著，運(yùn)用游戲、素質(zhì)拓展、講座以及分享會等形式，對實(shí)驗(yàn)組成員開展為期近三個月的企業(yè)特色小組工作干預(yù)，在干預(yù)后，再次使用的大學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)職業(yè)能力評價表對兩組成員進(jìn)行后測工作。收集和整理前后測結(jié)果，并對各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行對比分析，從而探討小組工作對于提升大學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)職業(yè)能力是否存在影響以及影響程度。 通過研究得出如下主要發(fā)現(xiàn)：（1）在企業(yè)內(nèi)部開展的企業(yè)特色小組工作對于提升大學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)職業(yè)能力有積極影響，且影響效果非常顯著；（2）在企業(yè)內(nèi)部單純的實(shí)習(xí)對于提升大學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)職業(yè)能力也有影響，但提升程度明顯低于企業(yè)特色小組工作；（3）在實(shí)驗(yàn)組內(nèi)大學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)職業(yè)能力的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)中，社會適應(yīng)能力的提高表現(xiàn)最為明顯，溝通協(xié)作能力的提高程度與之相近，而學(xué)習(xí)創(chuàng)新能力的提高表現(xiàn)不夠理想；（4）在對照組內(nèi)大學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)職業(yè)能力的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)中，各指標(biāo)提升程度的高低排序表現(xiàn)為實(shí)驗(yàn)組相同的情況。結(jié)合小組工作的干預(yù)結(jié)果，本文發(fā)現(xiàn)在企業(yè)內(nèi)部對大學(xué)生開展職業(yè)能力相關(guān)小組工作具有如下優(yōu)勢：小組團(tuán)體動力充足、企業(yè)資源豐富以及企業(yè)的權(quán)威性影響顯著等，而主要劣勢則表現(xiàn)為研究對象的覆蓋面受限，難以控制其他因素對于小組工作效果的影響。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid increase of the number of college graduates in our country, the employment pressure of college students is very prominent. It has become a concern of the whole society to explore how to improve the professional ability of college students. At present, as far as the quality of college students is concerned, most of the studies have advocated improving the educational system, optimizing the curriculum structure, increasing the social practice of the college students during the school period, so as to improve the vocational ability of the college students. However, it is rare to apply the social work model to the improvement of college students' professional ability. In order to combine the advantages of the social work model with the rich resources of the enterprise, and to further verify the unique advantages of the social work model, this study uses the group work method. The purpose of this paper is to explore the effectiveness and efficiency of group work in enterprises to promote the basic vocational ability of college students. The concrete method is: 20 university interns in a famous enterprise in Wuhan are divided into experimental group and control group by the method of systematic sampling. Before the group work began, according to the basic vocational connotation of college students, referring to the existing research and combining with the requirements of their enterprises for the basic quality of college students, the evaluation table of college students' basic vocational ability was established, and the two groups of members were pre-tested by using this table. Then, in the form of games, quality development, lectures and sharing sessions, the members of the experimental group were involved in the work of groups with enterprise characteristics for nearly three months. After the intervention, The second use of the college students basic vocational ability evaluation form for the two groups of members to carry out a post-test. Collect and arrange the test results before and after, and make a comparative analysis of each index, so as to explore whether the group work has the influence and the degree of influence on the improvement of college students' basic vocational ability. The main findings are as follows: (1) the group work carried out within the enterprise has a positive effect on the promotion of college students' basic vocational ability, and the effect is very significant; (2) the simple practice in the enterprise also has an effect on improving the basic vocational ability of college students, but the promotion degree is obviously lower than that of the enterprise characteristic group work.) in each index of the basic vocational ability of the students in the experimental group, The improvement of social adaptability is the most obvious, and the improvement of communication and cooperation ability is similar, while the improvement of learning and innovation ability is not ideal. (4) among the indexes of basic vocational ability of college students in the control group, The ranking of the improvement degree of each index was the same as that of the experimental group. Combined with the intervention results of group work, this paper finds that there are the following advantages in carrying out professional competence related group work within the enterprise: group power is sufficient, enterprise resources are abundant, and the authoritative influence of enterprise is remarkable, etc. The main disadvantage is that the coverage of the subjects is limited and it is difficult to control the influence of other factors on the effectiveness of the group work.
