【摘要】：時(shí)代的快速變化和發(fā)展對(duì)思想政治教育提出了新的挑戰(zhàn)，，這樣的挑戰(zhàn)不僅針對(duì)社會(huì)，更針對(duì)我國(guó)的高校教育。 大學(xué)生思想政治教育個(gè)體價(jià)值是指高校思想政治教育對(duì)于提高大學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)、滿足大學(xué)生強(qiáng)烈的自我發(fā)展需要方面所起到的重要作用。高校思想政治教育個(gè)體價(jià)值研究的理論基礎(chǔ)可以概括為三個(gè)方面：個(gè)人與社會(huì)的辯證關(guān)系、“以為人本”思想以及人的全面發(fā)展理論。思想政治教育個(gè)體價(jià)值主要表現(xiàn)在五個(gè)方面，一是政治方面：通過傳授政治知識(shí)、引導(dǎo)政治方向和提高政治參與技能來促進(jìn)大學(xué)生的政治社會(huì)化。二是思想方面：幫助大學(xué)生建立正確的世界觀、人生觀和價(jià)值觀。三是道德方面：從道德認(rèn)識(shí)水平的提高、道德情感的升華、道德意志的發(fā)展和道德行為的養(yǎng)成來促進(jìn)大學(xué)生高尚道德品質(zhì)的形成；四是法律方面：以增強(qiáng)法律意識(shí)和培養(yǎng)法律思維方式來促進(jìn)大學(xué)生法律素質(zhì)的提高；五是心理方面：幫助大學(xué)生形成正確的自我評(píng)價(jià)、和諧的人際關(guān)系、積極穩(wěn)定的情緒、良好的性格和優(yōu)良的意志品質(zhì)。 思想政治教育個(gè)體價(jià)值的實(shí)現(xiàn)非常重要，而所謂思想政治教育個(gè)體價(jià)值的實(shí)現(xiàn)，是價(jià)值由“潛價(jià)值”到“顯價(jià)值”的轉(zhuǎn)化過程，其實(shí)現(xiàn)需要經(jīng)過內(nèi)化、外化、反饋三個(gè)階段，實(shí)現(xiàn)高校思想政治教育個(gè)體價(jià)值的途徑有：第一、要充分發(fā)揮學(xué)校的主導(dǎo)作用，注重教育內(nèi)容的完善和方法的創(chuàng)新，關(guān)心大學(xué)生的實(shí)際生活。第二、注重引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生積極參與社會(huì)實(shí)踐。第三、從家庭、學(xué)校與社會(huì)幾個(gè)方面為個(gè)人價(jià)值的實(shí)現(xiàn)提供環(huán)境保障。
[Abstract]:The rapid change and development of the times have posed a new challenge to ideological and political education, which is aimed not only at the society but also at the higher education in our country. The individual value of college students' ideological and political education refers to the important role of ideological and political education in improving the comprehensive quality of college students and meeting the strong self-development needs of college students. The theoretical basis of the study on individual value of ideological and political education in colleges and universities can be summed up in three aspects: the dialectical relationship between individual and society, the thought of "thinking as a person" and the theory of all-round development of human beings. The individual value of ideological and political education is mainly manifested in five aspects, one is the political aspect: to promote the political socialization of college students by imparting political knowledge, guiding the political direction and improving the skills of political participation. Second, ideological aspects: to help college students to establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values. Third, moral aspect: promote the formation of college students' noble moral quality from the improvement of moral understanding level, the sublimation of moral emotion, the development of moral will and the cultivation of moral behavior; The fourth is legal aspect: to promote the improvement of college students' legal quality by strengthening legal consciousness and cultivating legal thinking mode; fifth, to help college students form correct self-evaluation, harmonious interpersonal relationship, positive and stable emotion, and to help them form correct self-evaluation, harmonious interpersonal relationship and positive and stable emotions. Good character and good will. The realization of individual value of ideological and political education is very important, and the realization of individual value of ideological and political education is the process of transforming value from "latent value" to "explicit value", and its realization needs to go through three stages: internalization, externalization and feedback. The ways to realize the individual value of ideological and political education in colleges and universities are as follows: first, it is necessary to give full play to the leading role of the school, to pay attention to the perfection of the educational content and the innovation of the methods, and to care about the actual life of the college students. Second, pay attention to guiding college students to actively participate in social practice. Third, from the family, school and social aspects of the realization of personal values to provide environmental protection.
