【摘要】：隨著改革的深化,我國高等教育形式已步入“精英教育”轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)椤按蟊娊逃彪A段,大學生應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)形式也從傳統(tǒng)的“統(tǒng)包統(tǒng)分”轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)椤半p向選擇、自主就業(yè)”階段。畢業(yè)生的人數(shù)不斷增加,畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)形勢極為嚴峻且有巨大的壓力,每年都有幾百萬應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生涌向就業(yè)市場尋找工作,就業(yè)難問題日益成為業(yè)界關(guān)注的焦點。大學生為了增強自身的競爭力,在不斷豐富自身“硬件”條件的同時,還設(shè)法從“軟件”上快速提升自己�！败浖卑b過程中凸顯了許多問題,就業(yè)誠信問題就是其中最為突出的問題之一,也受到社會的廣泛關(guān)注。 針對大學生就業(yè)誠信問題,學者們做了廣泛的研究和闡述,但大多數(shù)研究都是關(guān)注大學生自身存在的問題,認為大學生就業(yè)誠信問題的產(chǎn)生是因其個人誠信意識單薄造成的。實際上,大學生就業(yè)誠信問題不僅僅是個人品質(zhì)問題,更為關(guān)鍵的因素是社會的誠信建設(shè)理論仍不完善,沒有形成有效的監(jiān)管機制去控制和引導(dǎo)學生的就業(yè)誠信行為。 因此,本研究以大學生這一特殊群體為研究對象,采用自編的《大學生就業(yè)誠信調(diào)查問卷》對華中師范大學、南昌大學、上饒師范學院、華中科技大學武昌分校、武漢職業(yè)技術(shù)學院等5所高校的大學生進行實證調(diào)查。試圖通過實證調(diào)查深入地分析和了解大學生誠信問題的現(xiàn)狀,從中找出其產(chǎn)生的真正原因進而提出切實可行的建議,為高校提高大學生就業(yè)誠信教育提供理論和實踐參考。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the reform, the form of higher education in our country has stepped into the stage of "elite education" to "mass education", and the employment form of college graduates has also changed from the traditional "turnkey" to "two-way choice". The stage of independent employment. The number of graduates continues to increase, and the employment situation of graduates is extremely severe and great pressure. Every year, millions of fresh graduates flock to the job market to find jobs, employment difficulties increasingly become the focus of attention of the industry. In order to enhance their competitiveness, college students constantly enrich their own "hardware" conditions, but also try to quickly improve themselves from "software". In the process of software packaging, many problems have been highlighted, among which employment honesty is one of the most prominent problems, and has also been widely concerned by the society. In view of the problem of college students' employment honesty, scholars have done extensive research and elaboration, but most of the studies are concerned about the problems of college students themselves, and think that the problem of employment honesty of college students is caused by their weak personal integrity consciousness. In fact, the problem of college students' employment honesty is not only a personal quality problem, but also the key factor is that the theory of social honesty construction is still imperfect, and there is no effective supervision mechanism to control and guide students' employment honesty behavior. Therefore, this research takes the university student as a special group as the research object, uses the self-compiled "College Student Employment Integrity questionnaire" to the Huazhong normal University, Nanchang University, Shangrao normal University, Wuchang Branch of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Wuhan Vocational and Technical College and other 5 college students to conduct an empirical investigation. This paper attempts to analyze and understand the present situation of college students' honesty and credit through the empirical investigation, and to find out the real causes and put forward some practical suggestions, which can provide theoretical and practical reference for improving the college students' employment honesty education.
