【摘要】：高校后勤服務(wù)是一項基礎(chǔ)性的工作,是高校發(fā)展不可缺少的一部分,它的好壞,直接或間接影響著高等教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展。后勤服務(wù)管理是學(xué)校管理的組成部分,保障著學(xué)校的生存與發(fā)展。本文以天財后勤服務(wù)總公司為調(diào)查和研究對象,通過天財后勤服務(wù)管理工作存在的問題,并分析其內(nèi)在原因,并結(jié)合管理學(xué)理論,依照該校實際情況,設(shè)計后勤服務(wù)質(zhì)量改進(jìn)方案,并提出一系列的保障措施來提高本方案的可行性,最后,對后勤服務(wù)質(zhì)量改進(jìn)方案的預(yù)期效果進(jìn)行分析,以提高本研究的可信性。本文從高校后勤管理的實際出發(fā),建立一套以服務(wù)為中心的后勤保障體系,這也是高校后勤系統(tǒng)未來能得到提高發(fā)展的正確選擇。通過調(diào)查問卷,利用多種分析方法研究發(fā)現(xiàn)只有推進(jìn)質(zhì)量管理評價體系建設(shè),提升后勤管理水平,提高后勤服務(wù)質(zhì)量,才能構(gòu)建具有天財特色、適應(yīng)天財發(fā)展的后勤管理體系,創(chuàng)出一條符合行業(yè)規(guī)范并適用本校發(fā)展的新方法、新思路。
[Abstract]:University logistics service is a basic work, is an indispensable part of the development of colleges and universities, its good or bad, directly or indirectly affect the development of higher education. Logistics service management is an integral part of school management, ensuring the survival and development of the school. This paper takes Tiancai Logistics Service Corporation as the object of investigation and research, analyzes the problems existing in the management of Tiancai logistics service, analyzes its internal reasons, and combines with the management theory, according to the actual situation of the school. This paper designs a logistics service quality improvement scheme and puts forward a series of safeguard measures to improve the feasibility of the scheme. Finally, the expected effect of the logistics service quality improvement scheme is analyzed in order to improve the credibility of this study. Starting from the reality of university logistics management, this paper establishes a set of service centered logistics support system, which is also the correct choice for the future improvement and development of university logistics system. Through the questionnaire, using various analysis methods, it is found that only by promoting the construction of quality management evaluation system, improving the level of logistics management and improving the quality of logistics service, can we build a logistics management system that has the characteristics of natural wealth and adapts to the development of Tiancai. To create a consistent with industry norms and apply to the school's development of new methods, new ideas.
