提升新時期大學生公共精神的路徑選擇

【摘要】:公共精神是衡量一個國家公民素質和社會風氣的重要標桿,是衡量一個國家、一個民族文明程度的重要體現(xiàn)。大學生作為青年中知識層次較高的一個學習的群體,己經(jīng)到了承擔人生責任的階段,做為未來社會的中堅力量,他們的公共精神關系到他們能否或在多大程度上肩負起歷史使命,在某種程度上將直接決定未來幾十年社會價值取向。大學生公共精神的提升是促進社會治理的重要力量,是建設和諧文化、培育文明風尚的內在要求,是造就合格公民、建設和諧社會的必備條件。大學生公共精神的研究關系到民族發(fā)展的未來,對實現(xiàn)全面建設小康社會、實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復興的宏偉目標,具有重大而深遠的意義。 本研究明確了大學生公共精神的內涵及表征,在理論上重新概括總結出大學生公共精神提升的內容,從愛國主義精神、民主法治觀念、公平正義觀念、參與責任意識、誠信感恩意識、合作包容態(tài)度、獨立的人格精神、社會公德意識、自制自律意識和服務奉獻意識等公共精神核心要素方面進行大學生公共精神的問卷調查研究。通過對焦作高校2000名大學生進行公共精神現(xiàn)狀的實證分析,梳理總結了大學生公共精神的現(xiàn)狀:思想主流呈現(xiàn)積極、健康、向上的良好態(tài)勢;思想獨立、追求自我、重自我價值、輕社會價值;主體意識較強,有著正面積極的公共態(tài)度但行為上的主動性不足、自主自律意識不強;理性認識不足,批判性思維多建設性思考少、抱怨多包容少等等。 針對大學生公共精神調查現(xiàn)狀,本研究進行系統(tǒng)的成因分析,指出傳統(tǒng)文化、市場經(jīng)濟、社會轉型和家庭教育、學校教育、大學生自身認知等帶來的影響,提出了提升大學生公共精神的途徑和方法,即要加強對大學生新型人文精神的培養(yǎng);拓寬公共生活空間,提供大學生公共實踐的載體;以媒體文化的浸潤作用引導大學生確立正確的價值觀;發(fā)揮教師等知識分子群體的有效影響力;以官員與社會精英的道德行為示范加強大學生道德建設。
[Abstract]:The public spirit is an important benchmark for measuring the quality and social atmosphere of a country. It is an important embodiment of a country and a national civilization. As a learning group with a higher level of knowledge in the youth, college students have passed to the stage of undertaking the responsibility of life, as the backbone of the future society, and their public essence. The promotion of the public spirit of the college students is an important force to promote social governance, the building of a harmonious culture and the cultivation of a civilized fashion, which is the requirement of building a qualified citizen and building a harmonious society. The research on the public spirit of college students is related to the future of national development, and has great and far-reaching significance for the realization of a well-off society in an all-round way and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
This study clarifies the connotation and characterization of College Students' public spirit. In theory, it summarizes and summarizes the content of the promotion of College Students' public spirit, from patriotism, the concept of democracy and the rule of law, the concept of fair and justice, the sense of participation in responsibility, the sense of honesty and gratitude, the degree of cooperation and tolerance, the independent personality, social morality and self-discipline. A questionnaire survey on the public spirit of college students is carried out on the core elements of public spirit, such as consciousness and service devotion. Through an empirical analysis of the public spirit status of 2000 college students in Jiaozuo University, the present situation of the public spirit of college students is summarized and summarized. Standing, pursuing self, self value, light social value, strong consciousness of subject, positive positive public attitude, lack of initiative in behavior, lack of self-self-discipline consciousness, lack of rational understanding, less critical thinking, less constructive thinking, complaining and less tolerance, etc.
In view of the current situation of College Students' public spirit investigation, this paper analyzes the causes of the systematic causes, and points out the influence of traditional culture, market economy, social transformation and family education, school education and college students' own cognition, and puts forward the ways and methods to promote the public spirit of college students, that is to strengthen the cultivation of new humanistic spirit of college students. To broaden the public life space and provide the carrier for the public practice of college students; to guide college students to establish correct values with the infiltration of media culture; to exert the effective influence of the intellectuals and other intellectuals, and to strengthen the construction of College Students' morality with the demonstration of the moral behavior of the officials and the social elite.
