【摘要】：高等教育大眾化以來(lái),我國(guó)高校招生規(guī)模日益擴(kuò)大,導(dǎo)致畢業(yè)生市場(chǎng)供給數(shù)量急劇增加,而市場(chǎng)需求并未明顯增加的現(xiàn)狀,使得大學(xué)畢業(yè)生處于勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)供大于求的嚴(yán)峻形勢(shì)下,我國(guó)高校畢業(yè)生總體就業(yè)率呈現(xiàn)逐年下滑的趨勢(shì),大學(xué)生“就業(yè)難”成為了一個(gè)突出的社會(huì)問(wèn)題。 大學(xué)生就業(yè)是全社會(huì)就業(yè)的重要組成部分。其能否順利就業(yè),不僅會(huì)影響大學(xué)生個(gè)人的發(fā)展前途,而且涉及到千家萬(wàn)戶的利益,影響社會(huì)的和諧與穩(wěn)定,關(guān)乎學(xué)校的辦學(xué)質(zhì)量,因而備受社會(huì)各界的廣泛關(guān)注。 本文在調(diào)查研究的基礎(chǔ)上,認(rèn)真分析了當(dāng)前大學(xué)生面臨的就業(yè)形勢(shì),大學(xué)生就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀、問(wèn)題與成因,并對(duì)如何才能更有效地解決這一問(wèn)題提出了可行性對(duì)策,期望能為高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問(wèn)題的解決提供理論幫助。 全文分為三個(gè)部分： 第一部分對(duì)我國(guó)高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,首先介紹了我國(guó)高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)制度的演變過(guò)程；其次分析了當(dāng)前我國(guó)高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的基本方式及特點(diǎn)；再次對(duì)我國(guó)整體的就業(yè)形勢(shì)進(jìn)行分析；最后介紹了我國(guó)高校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀。 第二部分分析了當(dāng)前我國(guó)高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)過(guò)程中存在的主要問(wèn)題及其成因,對(duì)造成這些問(wèn)題的原因本文從客觀因素(社會(huì)因素、學(xué)校因素、用人單位因素)和主觀因素(畢業(yè)生自身因素)兩方面進(jìn)行了探討。 第三部分在分析我國(guó)高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)存在的問(wèn)題及其成因的基礎(chǔ)上,探索大學(xué)生就業(yè)過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題的解決對(duì)策。對(duì)策主要有：政府的職責(zé)---深化體制改革,完善各項(xiàng)政策,完善就業(yè)市場(chǎng)體系和運(yùn)行機(jī)制；高校的作為---調(diào)整、改革與發(fā)展；學(xué)生的回應(yīng)---調(diào)整擇業(yè)心態(tài),提高綜合素質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:Since the popularization of higher education, the enrollment scale of colleges and universities in China has been expanding day by day, which has led to a sharp increase in the supply of graduates in the market, while the market demand has not obviously increased. Under the severe situation that the labor market is oversupply for college graduates, the overall employment rate of college graduates in our country is declining year by year, and the employment difficulty of college students has become an outstanding social problem. The employment of college students is an important part of the employment of the whole society. The success of employment will not only affect the future of college students' personal development, but also affect the interests of thousands of families, the harmony and stability of society, and the quality of school running. On the basis of investigation and research, this paper analyzes the employment situation, the present employment situation, the problems and the causes of employment of college students, and puts forward some feasible countermeasures on how to solve this problem more effectively. It is expected to provide theoretical help for solving the employment problem of college graduates. The full text is divided into three parts: the first part analyzes the present situation of employment of college graduates in China, first introduces the evolution process of employment system of college graduates in China; Secondly, it analyzes the basic ways and characteristics of employment of college graduates in our country; analyzes the overall employment situation of our country again; finally introduces the employment situation of college graduates in our country. The second part analyzes the main problems existing in the process of employment of college graduates in China and their causes. The causes of these problems are analyzed in this paper from the objective factors (social factors, school factors). The employer factor and subjective factor (graduate self-factor) are discussed. In the third part, on the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the employment of college graduates in China and their causes, the author explores the solutions to the problems in the process of employment of college students. The countermeasures are as follows: deepening the reform of the government's system, perfecting the policies, perfecting the system of the employment market and the operating mechanism; the action, adjustment, reform and development of colleges and universities; and the students' response-adjusting the attitude of choosing a profession to improve their comprehensive quality.
