【摘要】：高等教育大眾化以來,我國高校招生規(guī)模日益擴大,導致畢業(yè)生市場供給數(shù)量急劇增加,而市場需求并未明顯增加的現(xiàn)狀,使得大學畢業(yè)生處于勞動力市場供大于求的嚴峻形勢下,我國高校畢業(yè)生總體就業(yè)率呈現(xiàn)逐年下滑的趨勢,大學生“就業(yè)難”成為了一個突出的社會問題。 大學生就業(yè)是全社會就業(yè)的重要組成部分。其能否順利就業(yè),不僅會影響大學生個人的發(fā)展前途,而且涉及到千家萬戶的利益,影響社會的和諧與穩(wěn)定,關乎學校的辦學質量,因而備受社會各界的廣泛關注。 本文在調(diào)查研究的基礎上,認真分析了當前大學生面臨的就業(yè)形勢,大學生就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀、問題與成因,并對如何才能更有效地解決這一問題提出了可行性對策,期望能為高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問題的解決提供理論幫助。 全文分為三個部分： 第一部分對我國高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀進行分析,首先介紹了我國高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)制度的演變過程；其次分析了當前我國高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的基本方式及特點；再次對我國整體的就業(yè)形勢進行分析；最后介紹了我國高校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀。 第二部分分析了當前我國高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)過程中存在的主要問題及其成因,對造成這些問題的原因本文從客觀因素(社會因素、學校因素、用人單位因素)和主觀因素(畢業(yè)生自身因素)兩方面進行了探討。 第三部分在分析我國高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)存在的問題及其成因的基礎上,探索大學生就業(yè)過程中存在的問題的解決對策。對策主要有：政府的職責---深化體制改革,完善各項政策,完善就業(yè)市場體系和運行機制；高校的作為---調(diào)整、改革與發(fā)展；學生的回應---調(diào)整擇業(yè)心態(tài),提高綜合素質。
[Abstract]:Since the popularization of higher education, the enrollment scale of colleges and universities in China has been expanding day by day, which has led to a sharp increase in the supply of graduates in the market, while the market demand has not obviously increased. Under the severe situation that the labor market is oversupply for college graduates, the overall employment rate of college graduates in our country is declining year by year, and the employment difficulty of college students has become an outstanding social problem. The employment of college students is an important part of the employment of the whole society. The success of employment will not only affect the future of college students' personal development, but also affect the interests of thousands of families, the harmony and stability of society, and the quality of school running. On the basis of investigation and research, this paper analyzes the employment situation, the present employment situation, the problems and the causes of employment of college students, and puts forward some feasible countermeasures on how to solve this problem more effectively. It is expected to provide theoretical help for solving the employment problem of college graduates. The full text is divided into three parts: the first part analyzes the present situation of employment of college graduates in China, first introduces the evolution process of employment system of college graduates in China; Secondly, it analyzes the basic ways and characteristics of employment of college graduates in our country; analyzes the overall employment situation of our country again; finally introduces the employment situation of college graduates in our country. The second part analyzes the main problems existing in the process of employment of college graduates in China and their causes. The causes of these problems are analyzed in this paper from the objective factors (social factors, school factors). The employer factor and subjective factor (graduate self-factor) are discussed. In the third part, on the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the employment of college graduates in China and their causes, the author explores the solutions to the problems in the process of employment of college students. The countermeasures are as follows: deepening the reform of the government's system, perfecting the policies, perfecting the system of the employment market and the operating mechanism; the action, adjustment, reform and development of colleges and universities; and the students' response-adjusting the attitude of choosing a profession to improve their comprehensive quality.
