【摘要】：本文以河北省12所開設(shè)體育教育專業(yè)學校的畢業(yè)生為研究對象，從系統(tǒng)論的角度出發(fā)，采用文獻資料法、調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、邏輯分析法等研究方法，對河北省體育教育專業(yè)的畢業(yè)生就業(yè)狀況進行了系統(tǒng)深入的研究，為了研究過程的周密性和研究結(jié)果的可靠性，發(fā)放了三輪專家問卷和450份學生問卷，同時以畢業(yè)生見面會為契機，走訪了教育專家、用人單位和應屆畢業(yè)生。充分了解掌握了河北省體育教育專業(yè)畢業(yè)生的基本情況和就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀，揭示了河北省體育教育專業(yè)就業(yè)工作存在的問題，并提出了相應的對策，初步得出以下結(jié)論： 1河北省體育教育專業(yè)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)工作存在諸多問題，就業(yè)形勢嚴峻，就業(yè)結(jié)果不容樂觀。 2河北省體育教育專業(yè)部分畢業(yè)生就業(yè)準備不夠充分，就業(yè)處于被動狀態(tài)，與就業(yè)市場的發(fā)展有一定的差距，就業(yè)部門應該加強畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)指導，使其掌握就業(yè)技巧，以便于畢業(yè)生更好的就業(yè)。 3畢業(yè)生對就業(yè)政策、形式缺乏了解，學生就業(yè)存在盲目性，就業(yè)信息的獲得渠道單一，，信息量少，就業(yè)意識差，沒有充分的把現(xiàn)代化手段（網(wǎng)絡信息等）應用到就業(yè)當中。 4河北省體育教育專業(yè)大多數(shù)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)意向存在理想化傾向，都市情結(jié)嚴重，而對于偏遠或經(jīng)濟不發(fā)達的地區(qū)就業(yè)意向比較差；畢業(yè)生對工資的期望值與河北省的實際情況相吻合，比較理性。 5河北省高校體育教育專業(yè)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)有效途徑方面以投放簡歷和參加招聘會為主，就業(yè)成功比例基本成正比，但是學生對投放簡歷后的跟蹤工作不夠積極主動。 6河北省體育教育專業(yè)就業(yè)消費較低，消費項目多而且比較分散。但有9％的消費是用于找關(guān)系，就業(yè)環(huán)境沒有形成真正的公平、公正。 7河北省高校體育教育專業(yè)畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)煩惱主要是需求方要求學歷較高、需求量較少、戀人同城和都市情結(jié)等方面；就業(yè)挫折主要是專業(yè)技能不夠扎實、缺乏面試技巧，計算機、外語能力和綜合素質(zhì)不高等問題。 8河北省體育教育專業(yè)就業(yè)教育滯后，缺乏解決就業(yè)問題的能力，河北省就業(yè)指導工作還沒有形成與時代同步發(fā)展的態(tài)勢。 9河北省體育教育專業(yè)畢業(yè)生專業(yè)能力還有待提高，未能形成一專多能，同時人文素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)、職業(yè)技能的形成和社會實踐能力的鍛煉也不容忽視。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the graduates of 12 physical education major schools in Hebei Province as the research object, from the point of view of system theory, adopts the methods of literature, investigation, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, etc. The employment status of the graduates of physical education major in Hebei Province was studied systematically and deeply. In order to be thorough in the research process and the reliability of the research results, three rounds of expert questionnaires and 450 student questionnaires were issued. At the same time to meet with graduates as an opportunity to visit educational experts, employers and fresh graduates. This paper fully understands and grasps the basic situation and the present employment situation of the graduates of physical education major in Hebei Province, reveals the problems existing in the employment work of the major of physical education in Hebei Province, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) there are many problems in the employment of graduates majoring in physical education in Hebei Province, and the employment situation is grim. The employment result is not optimistic. (2) some graduates of physical education major in Hebei Province are not sufficiently prepared for employment, employment is in a passive state, and there is a certain gap with the development of the employment market. Employment departments should strengthen employment guidance for graduates so that they can master employment skills so that graduates can obtain better employment. 3 graduates lack understanding of employment policies and forms, and students have blindness in employment. The access to employment information is single, the amount of information is less, and the sense of employment is poor. The modern means (network information, etc.) have not been fully applied to employment. (4) the majority of graduates majoring in physical education in Hebei Province have an idealized tendency to seek employment and a serious urban complex. However, for remote or economically underdeveloped areas, the employment intention is relatively poor; the expectation of graduates' wages is in line with the actual situation in Hebei Province. In Hebei Province, the effective ways of obtaining employment for graduates majoring in physical education in colleges and universities are mainly to put in resumes and participate in job fairs, and the proportion of successful employment is basically in direct proportion. However, the students are not active enough to follow up the resume. 6. The employment consumption of physical education major in Hebei Province is low, and the consumption items are more and more scattered. However, 9% of the consumption is spent on looking for relationships, and the employment environment has not formed true fairness and justice. 7 the main worry about the employment of graduates majoring in physical education in Hebei Province is that the demand side requires higher academic qualifications and less demand. The main problems of employment frustration are lack of solid professional skills, lack of interview skills, low computer, foreign language ability and comprehensive quality. 8 the employment education of physical education major in Hebei Province lags behind. Without the ability to solve the employment problem, the employment guidance work in Hebei Province has not yet formed a trend of simultaneous development with the times. 9. The professional ability of the graduates majoring in physical education in Hebei Province has yet to be improved. At the same time, the cultivation of humanistic quality, the formation of vocational skills and the training of social practice ability should not be ignored.
