【摘要】：“十二五”發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要提出“要逐步發(fā)展我國大型跨國公司和跨國金融機構(gòu),提高國際化經(jīng)營水平�！痹絹碓蕉嗟目鐕y行成立了單證中心,集中處理全球分支機構(gòu)的國際結(jié)算與貿(mào)易融資的單證業(yè)務(wù),以降低風(fēng)險、節(jié)省成本、提高效率、增加收益。由于金融行業(yè)的特殊性,單證中心青年員工的思想政治教育顯得十分重要。單證中心屬于新生事物,當前青年員工的思想政治教育的不足表現(xiàn)在思想政治主體合力、客體參與以及教育內(nèi)容等方面,其原因與我國傳統(tǒng)體制、政治關(guān)系、社會管理方式、教育者、受教者等各方面因素都有關(guān)。通過文獻研究、實地調(diào)研、對比分析等方法對單證中心的青年員工思想政治教育的現(xiàn)狀進行研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、分析原因、探討對策。改進思想政治教育的內(nèi)容,創(chuàng)新思想政治教育方式,加強思想政治教育合力,增強思想政治教育效果,不僅對豐富現(xiàn)有思想政治教育理論有學(xué)術(shù)意義,而且對單證中心培養(yǎng)國際化人才、保證跨國銀行的良性可持續(xù)發(fā)展有實踐意義。這既是對現(xiàn)有思想政治教育理論著作在某種角度的補充,也是對國際化進程中的跨國銀行的思想政治工作的有益的探索。
[Abstract]:The outline of the development plan for the 12th Five-Year Plan states that "it is necessary to gradually develop large multinational corporations and transnational financial institutions in China and improve the level of international management." More and more multinational banks have set up document centers to deal with the international settlement and trade financing documents of global branches in order to reduce risk, save costs, improve efficiency and increase income. Due to the particularity of the financial industry, the ideological and political education of the young staff of the document Center is very important. The document center belongs to the new thing. The deficiency of the ideological and political education of the young employees is reflected in the resultant force of the ideological and political subject, the participation of the object and the content of the education. The reasons are related to the traditional system of our country, the political relation, the way of social management, etc. Educators, teachers, and other factors are relevant. Through the methods of literature research, field investigation and comparative analysis, this paper studies the present situation of ideological and political education of young employees in the document Center, finds problems, analyzes the causes and probes into the countermeasures. Improving the content of ideological and political education, innovating the way of ideological and political education, strengthening the resultant force of ideological and political education, and enhancing the effect of ideological and political education are not only of academic significance to enrich the existing theories of ideological and political education. Moreover, it has practical significance to cultivate international talents and ensure the sustainable development of multinational banks. This is not only a supplement to the existing theoretical works on ideological and political education, but also a useful exploration for the ideological and political work of multinational banks in the process of internationalization.
