醫(yī)學(xué)生知行合一德育模式的構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:在社會進(jìn)步、醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生體制改革不斷深化、醫(yī)學(xué)服務(wù)模式深層轉(zhuǎn)變的背景下,醫(yī)患關(guān)系變得日趨緊張,醫(yī)患矛盾不斷加劇,成為當(dāng)前醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生工作的熱點(diǎn)問題,醫(yī)德醫(yī)風(fēng)的好壞是關(guān)系到醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)興衰成敗的關(guān)鍵,高等醫(yī)學(xué)院校作為培養(yǎng)醫(yī)務(wù)工作者的搖籃,肩負(fù)著向醫(yī)院輸送高層次醫(yī)療人才和提高醫(yī)務(wù)工作者醫(yī)療水平的重任。醫(yī)學(xué)生道德生活中存在著知行分離的狀況,正嚴(yán)重地制約著社會思想道德素質(zhì)整體水平的提高,使得德育只能停留在道德認(rèn)知的層面上,嚴(yán)重影響醫(yī)學(xué)生道德教育的實(shí)效性。本文采用問卷調(diào)查法、文獻(xiàn)法調(diào)查分析醫(yī)學(xué)生“知行分離”的現(xiàn)狀及原因;在運(yùn)用歷史法探尋“知行合一”的理論基礎(chǔ)上,試圖構(gòu)建具有專業(yè)特點(diǎn)的醫(yī)學(xué)生知行合一德育模式。 本文一共分五個(gè)部分,第一部分,概述了研究的背景和意義。第二部分,分析大學(xué)生道德分離的現(xiàn)狀、調(diào)查分析當(dāng)代醫(yī)學(xué)生在道德生活中在尊重他人、課堂紀(jì)律、遵守秩序、文明禮貌、誠實(shí)守信、保護(hù)環(huán)境、網(wǎng)絡(luò)文明等方面是否存在知行分離,調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示,在八個(gè)方面均存在程度不同的知行分離現(xiàn)象。第三部分,全面分析造成這種現(xiàn)象的各種因素,包括:個(gè)人因素、家庭因素、社會因素、學(xué)校教育、德育本身的復(fù)雜性。第四部分,,總結(jié)知行合一德育模式的理論基礎(chǔ)。從孔子到班杜拉,歸納了古今中外的知行合一的思想和理論。第五部分,構(gòu)建知行合一德育模式。包括基本理念、德育原則、德育內(nèi)容、實(shí)施方法、德育評價(jià)等內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:Under the background of social progress, the deepening of medical and health system reform and the deep transformation of medical service mode, the relationship between doctors and patients has become increasingly tense and the contradiction between doctors and patients has become more and more serious, which has become a hot issue in the current medical and health work. The quality of medical ethics is the key to the success or failure of medical and health care. As the cradle of training medical workers, medical colleges and universities shoulder the important task of transporting high-level medical personnel to hospitals and improving the medical level of medical workers. The separation of knowledge and action in medical students' moral life is seriously restricting the improvement of the whole level of social ideological and moral quality, which makes moral education only stay on the level of moral cognition, which seriously affects the effectiveness of medical students' moral education. The present situation and reasons of the separation of knowledge and action among medical students are investigated and analyzed by means of questionnaire and literature, and on the basis of exploring the theory of "integration of knowledge and action" by using historical method, the author tries to construct a moral education model of combining knowledge and practice with professional characteristics of medical students. This paper is divided into five parts, the first part, summarized the background and significance of the study. The second part, analyzes the present situation of college students' moral separation, investigates and analyzes the contemporary medical students' respect for others, classroom discipline, order, civility, honesty and trustworthiness, and environmental protection in their moral life. Whether there is separation of knowledge and action in network civilization and so on, the investigation results show that there are different phenomena of separation of knowledge and action in eight aspects. In the third part, the author analyzes all kinds of factors that cause this phenomenon, including personal factor, family factor, social factor, school education and the complexity of moral education itself. The fourth part, summarizes the theory foundation of moral education mode. From Confucius to Bandura, summed up the ancient and modern Chinese and foreign thought and theory of integration of knowledge and practice. The fifth part, constructs the moral education pattern of the integration of knowledge and action. It includes basic idea, moral education principle, moral education content, implementation method, moral education evaluation and so on.
