高校學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)綜合評價(jià)體系研究

【摘要】:隨著近些年我國高校的不斷擴(kuò)招,我國的高等教育已經(jīng)進(jìn)入大眾化教育階段,,學(xué)生人數(shù)的不斷增加,加大了教育資源的不斷緊張,教育學(xué)家和教育管理者對大學(xué)生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量表現(xiàn)出了前所未有的憂慮和關(guān)注。作為高等教育現(xiàn)狀表征和大學(xué)內(nèi)涵精神的學(xué)風(fēng),已成為國家高度重視的問題。本文從管理學(xué)的角度,通過理論分析和案例研究,對如何評價(jià)高校的學(xué)風(fēng)狀況,如何構(gòu)建一個(gè)科學(xué)、規(guī)范、可操作的學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)綜合評價(jià)體系等問題作了研究和討論。 全文分為五個(gè)章節(jié): 第一章為緒論。首先介紹論文的研究背景、問題的提出、國內(nèi)在學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)方面理論和評價(jià)實(shí)踐上的研究現(xiàn)狀,其次根據(jù)學(xué)風(fēng)座談?wù){(diào)研,并結(jié)合相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),對當(dāng)前高校學(xué)風(fēng)狀況和影響因素進(jìn)行了述評,最后介紹主要研究內(nèi)容和擬采用的研究方法。 第二章為相關(guān)理論概述。首先簡要介紹教育評價(jià)、層次分析法、模糊綜合評價(jià)等相關(guān)理論,然后對學(xué)風(fēng)的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行歸納和分析。 第三章為高校學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)綜合評價(jià)體系的構(gòu)建。首先提出學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)綜合評價(jià)的定義、要素、內(nèi)容、功能進(jìn)行了規(guī)范和闡述,然后建立評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,構(gòu)建模型,運(yùn)用層次分析法確定要素權(quán)重,最后運(yùn)用模糊評價(jià)法給出評判模型和計(jì)算方法。 第四章為案例分析。通過邀請相關(guān)專家,根據(jù)高校學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)綜合評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系量表和觀測點(diǎn)說明,對一所高校的學(xué)風(fēng)狀況進(jìn)行評價(jià)。 第五章為結(jié)論與展望。
[Abstract]:With the increasing enrollment of colleges and universities in recent years, higher education in our country has entered the stage of mass education, the number of students has been increasing, and the educational resources have become more and more tight. Educators and education administrators have shown unprecedented concern and concern about the quality of college students. As a symbol of the present situation of higher education and the spirit of university connotation, the style of study has become a matter of great importance to the country. From the point of view of management, through theoretical analysis and case study, this paper discusses how to evaluate the situation of academic style in colleges and universities, how to construct a scientific and standardized system. The paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction. First of all, it introduces the research background of the thesis, puts forward the question, the domestic research status of the theory and evaluation practice in the construction of the style of study, and then according to the discussion of the style of study, combined with the relevant literature, This paper reviews the current situation and influencing factors of the style of study in colleges and universities, and finally introduces the main research contents and the research methods to be adopted. The second chapter is a summary of the relevant theories. This paper briefly introduces the theories of education evaluation, analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, then sums up and analyzes the scientific connotation of the style of study. Chapter three is the construction of comprehensive evaluation system for the construction of the style of study in colleges and universities. Firstly, the definition, elements, contents and functions of comprehensive evaluation of study style construction are put forward, and then the evaluation index system is established, the model is built, and the weight of the elements is determined by using the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Finally, the fuzzy evaluation method is used to give the evaluation model and calculation method. Chapter four is the case analysis. By inviting relevant experts, according to the comprehensive evaluation index system of academic style construction in colleges and universities and the explanation of observation points, this paper evaluates the situation of study style in a university. The fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.
