【摘要】：隨著高等教育不斷地深入改革，我國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的深入發(fā)展，各種文化競(jìng)相發(fā)展，極大地促進(jìn)了社會(huì)價(jià)值取向的多元化�！芭囵B(yǎng)什么樣的人”是新時(shí)期教育工作者必須加以思考的重要課題，是社會(huì)主義教育事業(yè)快速、健康發(fā)展最為根本的問(wèn)題，高校在此背景下，要加強(qiáng)研究大學(xué)生思想政治教育規(guī)律，提高思想政治教育的針對(duì)性、有效性、時(shí)代性。經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型，社會(huì)生活各個(gè)方面發(fā)生了巨大的變化，象牙塔里的大學(xué)生心理也受到了沖擊和影響，心理問(wèn)題及心理障礙日益凸顯。諸如大學(xué)生的社會(huì)適應(yīng)問(wèn)題及學(xué)習(xí)倦怠、角色失調(diào)、人際交往中的障礙、人格中的不完善等等。因此，高校要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新和提高思想政治教育的有效性，就必須重視和加強(qiáng)心理健康教育。 本文由三部分構(gòu)成：第一部分，心理健康教育的含義、內(nèi)容，心理健康教育在高校思想政治教育中應(yīng)用的問(wèn)題，第二部分，心理健康教育與思想政治教育的關(guān)系分析，，然后論述了心理健康教育應(yīng)用于思想政治教育中的意義。第三部分，心理健康教育在高校思想政治教育中應(yīng)用的策略分析。以提高思想政治教育的有效性，為社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)建設(shè)提供全面發(fā)展的復(fù)合型人才盡綿薄之力。
[Abstract]:With the deepening reform of higher education and the further development of market economy in our country, all kinds of cultures are competing to develop, which has greatly promoted the diversification of social value orientation. "what kind of person to cultivate" is an important subject that educators must think about in the new period. It is the most fundamental problem of the rapid and healthy development of socialist education. It is necessary to strengthen the study of the law of ideological and political education of college students and improve the pertinence, effectiveness and epochal nature of ideological and political education. In the economic transformation, great changes have taken place in all aspects of social life, and the psychology of college students in the ivory tower has also been impacted and affected, and psychological problems and obstacles have become increasingly prominent. Such as the social adaptation of college students and learning burnout, role disorders, interpersonal barriers, personality imperfections and so on. Therefore, in order to innovate and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education, colleges and universities must attach importance to and strengthen mental health education. This paper consists of three parts: the first part, the meaning and content of mental health education, The second part analyzes the relationship between mental health education and ideological and political education, and then discusses the significance of mental health education in ideological and political education. The third part is the strategy analysis of the application of mental health education in ideological and political education in colleges and universities. In order to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education and provide a comprehensive development of the socialist harmonious society, the complex talents do their utmost.
