【摘要】：21世紀(jì)是一個競爭日趨激烈的世紀(jì)，同時也是一個更需要合作與交流的世紀(jì)。隨著全球化進(jìn)程的不斷深入，國家之間、地區(qū)之間、人與人之間的聯(lián)系更加緊密。 當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的平均年齡一般是18—22歲左右，世界觀、人生觀、價值觀尚未成熟，處在成型的重要階段。隨著社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展，大學(xué)生面對激烈的社會競爭和就業(yè)壓力，他們的進(jìn)取心、獨立意識、競爭意識較強，強調(diào)追求個性，與人合作意識淡漠。大學(xué)生畢業(yè)后將會走向社會中各個崗位，對他們合作意識的培養(yǎng)已經(jīng)引起了人們的關(guān)注。我國大學(xué)生的合作意識的現(xiàn)狀如何，怎樣加強對大學(xué)生合作意識的教育，這些正是本文所要研究的主要內(nèi)容。 本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、調(diào)查問卷法、歸納分析等方法。從加強培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生合作意識的必然性入手，在揭示大學(xué)生合作意識現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，分析大學(xué)生合作意識方面存在的問題及原因，，進(jìn)而提出有效開展大學(xué)生合作意識教育的對策建議。
[Abstract]:The 21st century is a century of increasingly fierce competition, but also a century of cooperation and exchange. With the deepening of globalization, the relationship between countries, regions and people is closer. The average age of contemporary college students is about 18-22 years old. The world outlook, outlook on life and values are not mature, and they are in the important stage of forming. With the rapid development of socialist market economy, college students face the fierce social competition and employment pressure, their enterprising, independent consciousness, strong sense of competition, emphasizing the pursuit of personality, and indifferent to the consciousness of cooperation with others. After graduation, college students will go to various positions in society, and the cultivation of their cooperation consciousness has attracted people's attention. What is the present situation of the cooperative consciousness of college students in our country and how to strengthen the education of the cooperative consciousness of college students? these are the main contents of this paper. This paper adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire and inductive analysis. On the basis of revealing the present situation of college students' cooperative consciousness, this paper analyzes the problems and reasons of college students' cooperative consciousness, starting with the necessity of strengthening the cultivation of college students' cooperative consciousness. And then put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to effectively carry out the cooperative consciousness education of college students.
