【摘要】：當(dāng)今國內(nèi)外高等教育改革趨勢，，加強(qiáng)通識教育已成為共同核心內(nèi)容之一。通識教育從20世紀(jì)90年代中期以來逐漸被我國教育界所接受和認(rèn)同，國內(nèi)大學(xué)尤其是“211”高校紛紛開設(shè)了通識課程，構(gòu)建出了各具特色的通識課程體系及實(shí)施途徑，有效提高了教學(xué)和科研水平，并且正在成為各所名校的品牌和無形資產(chǎn)（如北京大學(xué)“元培計(jì)劃”、北京師范大學(xué)“勵耘模式”、中山大學(xué)“博雅教育計(jì)劃”等）。 西藏大學(xué)公共課和文化素質(zhì)交叉課程自實(shí)施以來取得了巨大成就，在培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)人才、維護(hù)民族團(tuán)結(jié)和社會穩(wěn)定等方面發(fā)揮了重要作用；但就其培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、課程設(shè)置、教學(xué)方法等而言，與國內(nèi)諸多高校的通識教育存在很大差距。因此，整合優(yōu)化課程資源，在西藏大學(xué)實(shí)施通識教育勢在必行。但通識教育實(shí)施及通識課程體系構(gòu)建改革力度大，涉及面廣，必須遵循一定策略，按照科學(xué)步驟積極、穩(wěn)妥進(jìn)行。 本文主要分為六部分： 導(dǎo)言：主要概述研究背景以及對通識教育的內(nèi)涵闡釋，介紹研究意義、目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容、思路，以及研究主要觀點(diǎn)和創(chuàng)新之處； 第一章：強(qiáng)化通識教育是提高西藏大學(xué)教育質(zhì)量的必由之路，國內(nèi)外大學(xué)通識教育實(shí)施概況，西藏大學(xué)實(shí)施通識教育的必要性 第二章：從培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、課程范圍、教學(xué)方式、教師資源、課程評價、管理制度六個方面探討西藏大學(xué)現(xiàn)行的公共課和文化素質(zhì)交叉課程設(shè)置存在的問題； 第三章：從當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外通識課程設(shè)置概況，西藏大學(xué)通識課程設(shè)置原則及設(shè)置方式方面探索西藏大學(xué)通識課程構(gòu)建的可行性； 第四章：從六方面對西藏大學(xué)通識課程實(shí)施需要考慮的問題進(jìn)行探討； 第五章：從五方面簡述西藏大學(xué)實(shí)施通識教育與構(gòu)建通識課程具體實(shí)施操作步驟基本構(gòu)想。
[Abstract]:At present, strengthening general education has become one of the core contents of higher education reform at home and abroad. Since the middle of 1990s, general education has gradually been accepted and recognized by the educational circles of our country. Domestic universities, especially "211" universities, have set up general education courses one after another, and have constructed their own unique general education curriculum systems and ways to implement them. It has effectively raised the level of teaching and scientific research, and is becoming the brand and intangible assets of famous universities (such as "Yuan Pei Plan" of Peking University, "hard work Model" of Beijing normal University, "Boya Education Plan" of Sun Yat-sen University, etc. Since its implementation, Tibet University has made great achievements in public courses and cross-courses on cultural quality, which have played an important role in cultivating high-quality talents and safeguarding national unity and social stability. In terms of teaching methods, there is a big gap with general education in many colleges and universities in China. Therefore, it is imperative to integrate and optimize curriculum resources and implement general education in Tibet University. However, the implementation of general education and the construction of general education curriculum system have a great degree of reform, involving a wide range of areas, we must follow certain strategies, according to scientific steps, actively, safely carry out. This paper is divided into six parts: Introduction: it mainly summarizes the research background and the connotation of general education, introduces the research significance, objectives, content, ideas, as well as the main points of view and innovation; Chapter one: strengthening general education is the only way to improve the quality of education in Tibet University. The general situation of the implementation of general education at home and abroad and the necessity of carrying out general education in Tibet University are also discussed. The second chapter discusses the existing problems of the common course and the cross-curriculum of cultural quality in Tibet University from six aspects: training goal, curriculum scope, teaching method, teacher resources, curriculum evaluation and management system. Chapter three: explore the feasibility of the construction of general courses in Tibet University from the aspects of the general course setting at home and abroad, the principles and ways of setting up general courses in Tibet University. Chapter IV: from six aspects of the general course of Tibet University to consider the implementation of the problems; Chapter five: the basic conception of implementing general education and constructing general education course in Tibet University from five aspects.
