【摘要】：獨(dú)立學(xué)院是非國家財(cái)政經(jīng)費(fèi)舉辦的實(shí)施本科學(xué)歷教育的高校，是我國高等教育深化體制改革、從精英化向大眾化發(fā)展產(chǎn)生的新型辦學(xué)模式，是我國高等教育的重要組成部分。同普通高等教育一樣，獨(dú)立學(xué)院肩負(fù)著培養(yǎng)中國特色社會主義合格建設(shè)者和可靠接班人的重要任務(wù)，在增加教育供給、增強(qiáng)教育活力、滿足多樣化需求和培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)人才等方面發(fā)揮著重要作用。 為貫徹落實(shí)黨的教育方針，培養(yǎng)符合社會需求的人才，保證自身的可持續(xù)發(fā)展，作為新生事物的獨(dú)立學(xué)院，自創(chuàng)辦以來，始終堅(jiān)持把“培養(yǎng)什么人”、“如何培養(yǎng)人”放在工作的首要位置，非常重視大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作，緊密結(jié)合自身的辦學(xué)特色和人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)，全面貫徹黨的教育方針，不斷加強(qiáng)思想政治教育隊(duì)伍建設(shè)，深入進(jìn)行教學(xué)改革，開展形式多樣的教育活動(dòng)，努力探索符合自身特點(diǎn)的工作體制，使思想政治教育工作跟上時(shí)代發(fā)展步伐，，滿足自身育人要求。但由于辦學(xué)模式、體制機(jī)制、軟硬件條件、師資人事、教育管理等方面存在與其它普通高校的差異性，決定獨(dú)立學(xué)院思想政治教育不能完全照搬普通高校的模式。在社會轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展和人才需求多樣化的這一特定歷史時(shí)期，獨(dú)立學(xué)院思想政治教育工作不可避免地存在著困難、問題，面臨著壓力和挑戰(zhàn)，需要在辦學(xué)過程中積極探索，主動(dòng)研究，大膽創(chuàng)新，開創(chuàng)出符合獨(dú)立學(xué)院特色，持續(xù)、健康發(fā)展的思想政治教育新局面，才能增強(qiáng)思想政治教育實(shí)效，培養(yǎng)素質(zhì)全面、道德高尚的社會主義事業(yè)合格建設(shè)者和可靠接班人。 論文從加強(qiáng)獨(dú)立學(xué)院思想政治教育的重要意義出發(fā)，通過問卷調(diào)查、資料分析，闡述了獨(dú)立學(xué)院思想政治教育的管理體制、隊(duì)伍情況、工作對象特征等客觀現(xiàn)狀，從地位體制、隊(duì)伍配置、目標(biāo)內(nèi)容等方面查擺了獨(dú)立學(xué)院開展思想政治教育存在的問題和不足，分析了獨(dú)立學(xué)院思想政治教育工作面臨困境的具體原因。在此基礎(chǔ)上，提出了加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)獨(dú)立學(xué)院思想政治教育的有效對策和具體措施：確立思想政治教育的主體地位、創(chuàng)新思想政治教育的體制機(jī)制、拓展思想政治教育的模式內(nèi)容、配置思想政治教育的合理高效工作隊(duì)伍、營造思想政治教育的氛圍環(huán)境，以期為獨(dú)立院校思想政治教育工作的科學(xué)持續(xù)發(fā)展提供一些可供借鑒的建議和參考。
[Abstract]:Independent colleges run by non-state financial funds to carry out undergraduate education is a new mode of running higher education from elite to popular, which is an important part of higher education in our country. Like ordinary higher education, independent colleges shoulder the important task of training qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and are increasing the supply of education and enhancing its vitality. To meet the diverse needs and cultivate high-quality talents and other aspects play an important role. In order to carry out the Party's educational policy, train talents who meet the needs of the society, and ensure their own sustainable development, the independent college, as a new thing, has always insisted on "what kind of person to cultivate" since its establishment. "how to train people" is the most important position in our work. We attach great importance to the ideological and political education of college students, closely combine our own characteristics of running a school and the goal of talent training, and comprehensively implement the Party's educational policy. We should constantly strengthen the building of ideological and political education teams, carry out in-depth teaching reforms, carry out various forms of educational activities, and strive to explore work systems that conform to our own characteristics, so that ideological and political education can keep pace with the development of the times. Meet your own educational requirements. However, due to the differences between school running mode, system and mechanism, hardware and software conditions, teachers' personnel, educational management and so on, it is decided that the ideological and political education of independent colleges can not be completely copied from the model of ordinary colleges and universities. In this particular historical period of social transformation and diversified demand for talents, ideological and political education in independent colleges inevitably has difficulties, problems, pressures and challenges, and needs to be actively explored in the process of running a school. Only by actively researching, boldly innovating, creating a new situation of ideological and political education that conforms to the characteristics of independent colleges and develops continuously and healthily, can we enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education and train our all-round quality. Starting from the important significance of strengthening ideological and political education in independent colleges, through questionnaire investigation and data analysis, this paper expounds the objective status quo of ideological and political education in independent colleges, such as the management system, the situation of the team, the characteristics of the working objects, and so on. This paper analyzes the problems and shortcomings of ideological and political education in independent colleges from the aspects of team allocation and objective content, and analyzes the specific reasons for the difficulties faced by ideological and political education in independent colleges. On this basis, the effective countermeasures and concrete measures to strengthen and improve ideological and political education in independent colleges are put forward: to establish the main position of ideological and political education, to innovate the system and mechanism of ideological and political education, and to expand the contents of the mode of ideological and political education. In order to provide some suggestions and references for the scientific and sustainable development of ideological and political education in independent colleges, the rational and efficient work force of ideological and political education should be allocated and the atmosphere environment of ideological and political education should be created.
