民辦醫(yī)學(xué)院校實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)的變革研究

【摘要】:本論文主要針對(duì)如何改變民辦醫(yī)學(xué)院校中實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)之“實(shí)驗(yàn)”圖有虛名的問(wèn)題。采用文獻(xiàn)研究、調(diào)查研究、案例研究等方法,從實(shí)驗(yàn)室及實(shí)驗(yàn)內(nèi)容的整合與創(chuàng)新、實(shí)驗(yàn)方法的變革、師資隊(duì)伍的優(yōu)化及建立較完善的教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制等方面來(lái)進(jìn)行研究,以期最終達(dá)到社會(huì)對(duì)高校教科研的要求。 論文以河南省最具有代表性的兩所民辦醫(yī)學(xué)院(黃河科技醫(yī)學(xué)院醫(yī)學(xué)教學(xué)部、樹(shù)青醫(yī)學(xué)院)的實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)課及物理診斷試驗(yàn)室、臨床技能實(shí)驗(yàn)室為主要研究對(duì)象,設(shè)4個(gè)臨床醫(yī)學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)班。兩所民辦學(xué)院的臨床1班為實(shí)驗(yàn)班,采用改革后實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)形式而臨床2班為對(duì)照班,采用傳統(tǒng)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)模式,期末通過(guò)對(duì)兩個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)班進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、實(shí)驗(yàn)課考試成績(jī)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析對(duì)比,對(duì)新的實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)方法和效果進(jìn)行評(píng)估,從而獲得實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)真實(shí)的重要參考意見(jiàn)。 筆者在學(xué)期末向參與本次實(shí)驗(yàn)改革實(shí)踐的學(xué)生發(fā)放教學(xué)效果問(wèn)卷調(diào)查表,大多數(shù)學(xué)生(89.8%)對(duì)本實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)改革的總體評(píng)價(jià)很好,84.8%認(rèn)為在他們學(xué)習(xí)能力、實(shí)踐能力、與他人的協(xié)作等方面有所提高。從實(shí)驗(yàn)綜合考核成績(jī)看,新的實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)模式合格率100%,其中優(yōu)秀84.7%,成績(jī)優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)模式。 調(diào)查結(jié)果表明,比較寬裕的實(shí)驗(yàn)資金是實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)的物質(zhì)保障;實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)內(nèi)容的調(diào)整為學(xué)生的實(shí)驗(yàn)提供了智力支持;實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理制度變革是實(shí)驗(yàn)回歸其本義的制度保障;新的、綜合性的實(shí)驗(yàn)體系在一定程度上促進(jìn)了學(xué)生實(shí)踐能力與創(chuàng)新能力的提升。據(jù)此,論文提出幾點(diǎn)建議:1.地方政府應(yīng)給與民辦醫(yī)學(xué)院校資金及政策上的支持,使民辦院校和公辦院校在公平的環(huán)境下良性競(jìng)爭(zhēng),促進(jìn)民辦醫(yī)學(xué)院校實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)改革的發(fā)展。2.進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)學(xué)院內(nèi)涵建設(shè),確立正確的辦學(xué)思想和發(fā)展策略,保持先進(jìn)的教育教學(xué)理念,重視實(shí)踐教學(xué)的開(kāi)展。3.廣泛籌措和積累資金,為實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)提供物質(zhì)保障。4.加強(qiáng)實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理,探索個(gè)性化的實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)方法,提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。5.設(shè)計(jì)探究性的實(shí)驗(yàn)內(nèi)容,為培養(yǎng)醫(yī)學(xué)生實(shí)踐能力、創(chuàng)新思維、科研素質(zhì)搭建平臺(tái)。6.加強(qiáng)教學(xué)資源建設(shè),特別是建立完善高素質(zhì)實(shí)驗(yàn)教師隊(duì)伍。7.搭建和完善醫(yī)學(xué)科研平臺(tái),使民辦醫(yī)學(xué)院校的實(shí)驗(yàn)中心從教學(xué)型向科研型轉(zhuǎn)變,培養(yǎng)出社會(huì)所需求的合格醫(yī)學(xué)人才。
[Abstract]:This paper aims at the problem of how to change the "experiment" chart of experimental teaching in private medical colleges. By using the methods of literature research, investigation and case study, the research is carried out from the aspects of the integration and innovation of laboratory and experimental contents, the reform of experimental methods, the optimization of teaching staff and the establishment of more perfect teaching evaluation mechanism, etc. With a view to meeting the social requirements of scientific research in colleges and universities. The main research objects of this paper are the experimental teaching courses, the physical diagnosis laboratory and the clinical skills laboratory of the two most representative private medical schools in Henan Province (the Medical Teaching Department of Huanghe Science and Technology Medical College, the Medical Teaching Department of Shuqing Medical College). There are 4 specialized classes in clinical medicine. The clinical class 1 of the two private colleges is the experimental class, which adopts the experimental teaching form after the reform and the clinical class 2 as the control class, adopts the traditional experimental teaching mode, and carries on the questionnaire survey to the two experimental classes at the end of the term. Through the statistical analysis and comparison of the test results of the experimental class, the author evaluates the new experimental teaching methods and effects, and obtains the real and important reference opinions of the experimental teaching. At the end of the semester, the author sent out a questionnaire to the students who participated in the practice of the experiment reform. The majority of the students said that the overall evaluation of the experiment teaching reform was very good. 84.8% thought that the students' learning ability and practical ability were very good. Collaboration with others has improved. According to the comprehensive test results, the qualified rate of the new experimental teaching model is 100, among which the outstanding 84.7 points are superior to the traditional experimental teaching model. The results show that the relatively generous experimental funds are the material guarantee of experimental teaching; the adjustment of experimental teaching contents provides intellectual support for students' experiments; the reform of laboratory management system is the institutional guarantee for the experiment to return to its original meaning; The comprehensive experimental system promotes the students' practical ability and innovation ability to a certain extent. Accordingly, the paper puts forward several suggestions: 1. The local government should give private medical colleges and universities financial support and policy support so that private and public colleges and universities can compete in a fair environment and promote the development of experimental teaching reform in private medical colleges and universities. Further strengthen the connotation construction of the college, establish the correct thought and development strategy of running a school, maintain the advanced educational and teaching idea, and attach importance to the development of practical teaching. Raise funds extensively and accumulate funds to provide material support for experimental teaching. 4. Strengthen laboratory management, explore individualized experimental teaching methods, improve the quality of personnel training. 5. Design inquiry experiment content, build platform for training medical students' practical ability, innovative thinking and scientific research quality. To strengthen the construction of teaching resources, especially to establish and improve the contingent of high quality experimental teachers. Build and perfect the medical research platform, make the experimental center of the private medical college change from the teaching type to the scientific research type, and train the qualified medical talents that the society needs.
