和諧文化視野下的高校思想政治教育研究

【摘要】:黨的十六屆六中全會(huì)深刻總結(jié)歷史發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出了建設(shè)和諧文化的重要?dú)v史任務(wù)。和諧文化的提出和建設(shè)是一個(gè)富有時(shí)代意義的新課題。和諧文化建設(shè)不僅對(duì)促進(jìn)社會(huì)和諧、提高中華文化的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,提升個(gè)人的精神境界具有重大意義,而且為新階段高校思想政治教育的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展指明了方向,提供了契機(jī)。本文著眼于和諧文化的視角,將高校思想政治教育放在和諧文化的背景下進(jìn)行研究,針對(duì)當(dāng)前高校思想政治教育中存在的“不和諧”因素,用和諧文化中所蘊(yùn)含的“和諧”理念來引導(dǎo)高校思想政治教育的發(fā)展與創(chuàng)新,以期實(shí)現(xiàn)高校思想政治教育的和諧發(fā)展。 全文共分為四部分:第一部分是和諧文化與高校思想政治教育的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系。從對(duì)和諧文化與高校思想政治教育的相關(guān)理論的全面闡述和認(rèn)識(shí)入手,總結(jié)出和諧文化與高校思想政治教育之間潛存的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系。第二部分是和諧文化視野下高校思想政治教育的困境分析。從多元文化的并存發(fā)展給高校思想政治教育帶來的新挑戰(zhàn)、現(xiàn)存的“非和諧”因素給高校思想政治教育增加的新難度,以及和諧文化的建設(shè)發(fā)展給高校思想政治教育提出的新要求三個(gè)方面論述了當(dāng)前高校思想政治教育所面臨的發(fā)展困境。第三部分是和諧文化視野下高校思想政治教育的發(fā)展契機(jī)。從教育理念、教育目標(biāo)、教育內(nèi)容以及教育方法四個(gè)方面入手,論述了和諧文化的建設(shè)發(fā)展給高校思想政治教育的發(fā)展帶來的新的契機(jī)。第四部分是和諧文化視野下高校思想政治教育的現(xiàn)實(shí)思考。主要從建構(gòu)和諧的師生關(guān)系、構(gòu)筑和諧的教育內(nèi)容體系、構(gòu)建和諧的教學(xué)模式、創(chuàng)建和諧的育人環(huán)境四個(gè)方面入手,論述了和諧文化背景下高校思想政治教育的發(fā)展路徑。
[Abstract]:The sixth Plenary session of the 16th CPC Central Committee summed up the historical development experience and put forward the important historical task of building a harmonious culture. The proposal and construction of harmonious culture is a new topic of great significance. The construction of harmonious culture is not only of great significance to promote social harmony, improve the international competitiveness of Chinese culture, but also provide an opportunity for the innovation and development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new stage. This paper focuses on the perspective of harmonious culture, puts the ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the background of harmonious culture, and aims at the "disharmonious" factors existing in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities at present. The idea of "harmony" contained in harmonious culture is used to guide the development and innovation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in order to realize the harmonious development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the internal relationship between harmonious culture and ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Based on the comprehensive elaboration and understanding of the theory of harmonious culture and ideological and political education in colleges and universities, the inherent relationship between harmonious culture and ideological and political education in colleges and universities is summarized. The second part is the dilemma analysis of ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the perspective of harmonious culture. From the new challenge to the ideological and political education brought by the coexistence and development of multiculturalism, the existing "non-harmonious" factors increase the new difficulty of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. And the new requirements of the construction and development of harmonious culture for the ideological and political education in colleges and universities are discussed in three aspects, which are the difficulties in the development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities at present. The third part is the development opportunity of ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the perspective of harmonious culture. This paper discusses the new opportunity brought by the construction and development of harmonious culture to the development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities from four aspects: educational idea, educational goal, educational content and educational method. The fourth part is the realistic thinking of ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the perspective of harmonious culture. Starting with the construction of harmonious teacher-student relationship, the construction of harmonious educational content system, the construction of harmonious teaching mode and the establishment of harmonious educational environment, this paper discusses the development path of ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the background of harmonious culture.
