【摘要】：黨的十七大報(bào)告明確提出：“社會(huì)和諧是中國特色社會(huì)主義的本質(zhì)屬性”、“構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)是貫穿中國特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)全過程的長(zhǎng)期歷史任務(wù)，是在發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上正確處理各種社會(huì)矛盾的歷史過程和社會(huì)結(jié)果”。和諧社會(huì)是一個(gè)龐大的系統(tǒng)工程，需要社會(huì)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等各方面的協(xié)調(diào)與配合。其中，實(shí)現(xiàn)充分就業(yè)是構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)的基本要求之一。大學(xué)生是整個(gè)社會(huì)中充滿活力、富于創(chuàng)造性的群體，是先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)力的代表，是黨和國家寶貴的人才資源，是建設(shè)和諧社會(huì)的重要力量。作為大學(xué)生就業(yè)問題不僅關(guān)系到大學(xué)生個(gè)人前程，更關(guān)系到家庭的切身利益，千百萬個(gè)畢業(yè)生關(guān)系到千百萬個(gè)家庭的光榮與夢(mèng)想，最終也會(huì)影響到和諧社會(huì)的構(gòu)建。對(duì)此，本文從闡述和諧社會(huì)的構(gòu)建與大學(xué)生就業(yè)的關(guān)系入手，分析當(dāng)前大學(xué)生就業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀、問題與成因，力求有針對(duì)性地提出和諧社會(huì)建設(shè)中促進(jìn)大學(xué)生就業(yè)的思路與對(duì)策，為政府制定相關(guān)政策、為高校改革發(fā)展和大學(xué)生健康成長(zhǎng)提供有益參考，以達(dá)到更好地促進(jìn)大學(xué)生和諧就業(yè)與和諧社會(huì)建設(shè)之目的。論文共設(shè)計(jì)了以下幾個(gè)部分： 導(dǎo)論部分，主要介紹論文選題的緣起、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀等。 第一部分，主要是對(duì)構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)與大學(xué)生就業(yè)二者之間關(guān)系的分析，這是文章的重點(diǎn)。 第二部分，，分析在構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)的背景下，我國大學(xué)生在就業(yè)中存在的主要問題，進(jìn)而分析這些問題產(chǎn)生的原因。 第三部分，針對(duì)當(dāng)前大學(xué)生就業(yè)存在的問題及原因，提出在構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)背景下促進(jìn)大學(xué)生就業(yè)的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:The report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that "social harmony is the essential attribute of socialism with Chinese characteristics" and that "building a harmonious socialist society is a long-term historical task running through the whole process of socialism with Chinese characteristics." It is the historical process and social result of dealing with various social contradictions correctly on the basis of development. Harmonious society is a huge systematic project, which needs the coordination and cooperation of social politics, economy, culture and so on. Among them, the realization of full employment is one of the basic requirements of building a harmonious society. College students are a group full of vitality and creativity in the whole society, the representative of advanced productive forces, the valuable talent resources of the Party and the country, and the important force of building a harmonious society. The employment of college students is not only related to the personal future of college students, but also to the vital interests of families. Millions of graduates are related to the glory and dreams of millions of families, and ultimately will affect the construction of a harmonious society. In view of this, this article starts with expounding the relationship between the construction of harmonious society and the employment of college students, analyzes the present situation, problems and causes of college students' employment, and tries to put forward the ideas and countermeasures to promote the employment of college students in the construction of harmonious society. It provides a useful reference for the government to formulate relevant policies and to promote the harmonious employment of college students and the construction of a harmonious society for the reform and development of colleges and universities and the healthy growth of college students. The following parts are designed: Introduction, mainly introduces the origin of the topic, domestic and foreign research status. The first part is the analysis of the relationship between the construction of harmonious society and the employment of college students, which is the focus of the article. The second part analyzes the main problems existing in the employment of college students in China under the background of building a harmonious society, and then analyzes the causes of these problems. The third part, aiming at the existing problems and reasons of college students' employment, puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the employment of college students under the background of building a harmonious society.
