【摘要】：隨著高等教育進入大眾化時代,一批地方本科高校尤其是新建本科高校遇到了辦學定位趨同、辦學特色不明顯、服務(wù)社會能力不強、社會認可度不高等問題。通過回顧安徽省應(yīng)用型本科高校建設(shè)的改革實踐,分析存在問題,從國家、教育行政部門和高校三個層面,提出建設(shè)應(yīng)用型本科高校的若干對策建議。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of higher education, a number of local colleges and universities, especially the newly established undergraduate universities, have encountered problems such as the convergence of the orientation of running a school, the lack of obvious characteristics of running a school, the weak ability to serve the society, and the low degree of social recognition. This paper reviews the reform practice of the construction of applied undergraduate universities in Anhui Province, analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of applied undergraduate universities from the three levels of the state, the educational administration department and the universities.
