【摘要】：大學生行為習慣主要體現(xiàn)在學習、生活、工作、交往、道德等幾個方面,大學生養(yǎng)成教育最終體現(xiàn)在形成良好的行為習慣。當今大學生的行為習慣存在許多問題,究其原因,既有教育體制方面的,也有家庭和社會環(huán)境的影響,更有高校和學生自身的諸多原因。應切實加強師德師風建設(shè)、制度建設(shè),健全完善學生行為檔案,規(guī)范管理,健全完善學生綜合素質(zhì)測評體系,用良好的企業(yè)文化教育和引導當代大學生。
[Abstract]:The behavior habits of college students are mainly reflected in the aspects of study, life, work, communication, morality and so on. There are many problems in the behavior habits of college students nowadays. The reasons are not only the educational system, but also the influence of family and social environment, and many reasons of colleges and universities and students themselves. It is necessary to strengthen the construction of teachers' ethics and teachers' style, to improve the students' behavior files, to standardize the management, to perfect the evaluation system of students' comprehensive quality, to educate and guide the contemporary college students with good enterprise culture.
