【摘要】：大學(xué)生行為習(xí)慣主要體現(xiàn)在學(xué)習(xí)、生活、工作、交往、道德等幾個方面,大學(xué)生養(yǎng)成教育最終體現(xiàn)在形成良好的行為習(xí)慣。當(dāng)今大學(xué)生的行為習(xí)慣存在許多問題,究其原因,既有教育體制方面的,也有家庭和社會環(huán)境的影響,更有高校和學(xué)生自身的諸多原因。應(yīng)切實(shí)加強(qiáng)師德師風(fēng)建設(shè)、制度建設(shè),健全完善學(xué)生行為檔案,規(guī)范管理,健全完善學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)測評體系,用良好的企業(yè)文化教育和引導(dǎo)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生。
[Abstract]:The behavior habits of college students are mainly reflected in the aspects of study, life, work, communication, morality and so on. There are many problems in the behavior habits of college students nowadays. The reasons are not only the educational system, but also the influence of family and social environment, and many reasons of colleges and universities and students themselves. It is necessary to strengthen the construction of teachers' ethics and teachers' style, to improve the students' behavior files, to standardize the management, to perfect the evaluation system of students' comprehensive quality, to educate and guide the contemporary college students with good enterprise culture.
