【摘要】：調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn),大學(xué)與中學(xué)的合作程度、師資力量以及高校招生政策是制約成效的三個(gè)關(guān)鍵因素。目前,這三個(gè)方面的實(shí)施情況均不理想,表現(xiàn)為大中學(xué)的合作不夠深入、創(chuàng)新人才的培養(yǎng)師資存在困難、高考成為創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)的"攔路虎"。為使大中學(xué)銜接培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新人才取得成效,需聯(lián)動(dòng)大學(xué)、立足中學(xué),推動(dòng)大中學(xué)的深度合作;中學(xué)需借助大學(xué)力量培養(yǎng)自身的創(chuàng)新型師資隊(duì)伍;高校招生政策需給予支持,建立創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)上的大中學(xué)貫通機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:The research finds that the degree of cooperation between universities and middle schools, the strength of teachers and the policy of college admissions are the three key factors that restrict the effectiveness. At present, the implementation of these three aspects is not ideal, which shows that the cooperation of the high school is not deep enough, the training of creative talents is difficult and the college entrance examination has become the "block tiger" for the training of innovative talents. It is necessary for high school to link up and train creative talents to achieve success. It is necessary to link universities, to build a foothold in middle school and to promote the deep cooperation of high school.
