【摘要】：本論文以多重價(jià)值取向影響下的高校大學(xué)生的思想狀況為論題背景，突破了傳統(tǒng)思維行政管理與思想政治教育“兩張皮”脫節(jié)治校的弊端，從二者緊密結(jié)合的視角出發(fā)，闡述了我國(guó)大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作的發(fā)展歷程：從加強(qiáng)德育教育到發(fā)揮高校行政管理在思想政治教育中的作用，再到中共中央、國(guó)務(wù)院提出加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生思想政治教育要堅(jiān)持教育與管理相結(jié)合的原則，，進(jìn)而提出行政管理與思想政治教育相結(jié)合的重大意義。 本文細(xì)微辨析了高校行政管理與思想政治教育的關(guān)系，兩者既有區(qū)別又有聯(lián)系，相互滲透、相互依存。還更進(jìn)一步剖析了制約兩者相結(jié)合因素所在，通過(guò)分析兩者相結(jié)合的條件、結(jié)合的形式、結(jié)合要堅(jiān)持的原則，進(jìn)而提出解決制約兩者相結(jié)合的對(duì)策。最終落腳于高校思想政治教育工作把行政管理與思想政治教育緊密結(jié)合起來(lái)，形成齊抓共管的合力才能有效地促成高校健康發(fā)展。文章最后，提出了兩者相結(jié)合必須要注意的兩個(gè)方面的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:This thesis takes the ideological status of college students under the influence of multi-value orientation as the background, breaks through the malpractice of the traditional thinking administration and ideological and political education "two skins", and starts from the angle of close combination of the two. This paper expounds the development course of ideological and political education for college students in China: from strengthening moral education to giving full play to the role of administration in ideological and political education, and then to the CPC Central Committee. The State Council put forward the principle of combining education and management to strengthen the ideological and political education of college students, and then put forward the great significance of combining administration with ideological and political education. This paper analyzes the relationship between administration and ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Furthermore, the author analyzes the factors that restrict the combination of the two, and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem by analyzing the conditions, forms and principles to be adhered to. Finally, the work of ideological and political education in colleges and universities closely combines administration with ideological and political education, and forms a joint effort to effectively promote the healthy development of colleges and universities. At the end of the article, two problems which must be paid attention to in the combination of the two are put forward.
