課堂教學(xué)中的素質(zhì)教育——以“地史學(xué)”為例

【摘要】:課堂教學(xué)的目標(biāo)和追求應(yīng)該聚焦于如何使學(xué)生收獲素質(zhì)的提升(傳道)、技能的擴(kuò)展(授業(yè))和知識(shí)的增加(解惑),其本質(zhì)追求是學(xué)生整體素質(zhì)的提升。課堂教學(xué)中實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育主要應(yīng)做好三方面工作:加強(qiáng)教與學(xué)的質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià),制訂素質(zhì)教學(xué)大綱,改革教與學(xué)的內(nèi)容和方法。實(shí)現(xiàn)知識(shí)型向素質(zhì)型課堂教學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)變的關(guān)鍵是:在課堂教學(xué)過(guò)程中,利用教師的主導(dǎo)、引導(dǎo)和指導(dǎo),激活和點(diǎn)燃學(xué)生的能動(dòng)、主動(dòng)和互動(dòng);基于共性,培育和發(fā)展學(xué)生的個(gè)性。并以"地史學(xué)"課堂教學(xué)中的部分內(nèi)容為例,闡述課堂教學(xué)中如何實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育。
[Abstract]:The goal and pursuit of classroom teaching should focus on how to improve the students' quality of harvest (preaching), expanding their skills (teaching) and increasing their knowledge. The essential pursuit of classroom teaching is the improvement of students' overall quality. The implementation of quality education in classroom teaching should do a good job in three aspects: strengthening the quality evaluation of teaching and learning, formulating the outline of quality teaching, and reforming the contents and methods of teaching and learning. The key to realize the transformation from knowledge-based to quality-oriented classroom teaching is as follows: in the course of classroom teaching, teachers should be used to lead, guide and guide, activate and ignite students' initiative, initiative and interaction, and cultivate and develop students' individuality based on generality. Taking some contents in the classroom teaching of geography history as an example, this paper expounds how to carry out quality education in classroom teaching.
