【摘要】：中共中央關(guān)于制定國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展第十二個(gè)五年規(guī)劃的建議中提出：推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化,加快社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)。而社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)離不開人才支撐,人才的培養(yǎng)主要依靠教育,尤其是高等農(nóng)林教育。所以,高等農(nóng)林教育服務(wù)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)是加快農(nóng)村現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程的必然趨勢(shì)。 本文介紹了關(guān)于高等農(nóng)林教育服務(wù)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的背景和意義,應(yīng)用文獻(xiàn)分析法、歷史追蹤法和比較研究法對(duì)國內(nèi)外相關(guān)動(dòng)態(tài)進(jìn)行研究,以確定研究視角,明確研究方法,構(gòu)建研究框架；對(duì)高等農(nóng)林教育服務(wù)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀分析,通過問卷調(diào)查研究高等農(nóng)林教育為社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)所做出的貢獻(xiàn),應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)分析法對(duì)存在的問題進(jìn)行分析；以東北林業(yè)大學(xué)為例,通過對(duì)東北林業(yè)大學(xué)建設(shè)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村實(shí)績進(jìn)行分析,解析高等農(nóng)林教育服務(wù)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)；研究高等農(nóng)林教育與社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村的關(guān)系；以系統(tǒng)分析法研究高等農(nóng)林教育服務(wù)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的對(duì)策。 本文試圖通過研究,在加快社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)過程中,如何充分發(fā)揮高等農(nóng)林教育的作用,為提高高等農(nóng)林院校畢業(yè)生職業(yè)技能,為推動(dòng)高等農(nóng)林院校畢業(yè)生農(nóng)村就業(yè),為促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展,為切實(shí)解決社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)問題提供決策依據(jù)和對(duì)策建議,以使高等農(nóng)林教育更有效地為社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)服務(wù),從而加快我國全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:In the proposal of the CPC Central Committee to formulate the 12th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development, it is proposed to promote agricultural modernization and speed up the construction of a new socialist countryside. The construction of new socialist countryside can not be separated from the support of talents. The cultivation of talents mainly depends on education, especially higher agriculture and forestry education. Therefore, higher agricultural and forestry education serves the construction of new socialist countryside is the inevitable trend of speeding up the process of rural modernization. This paper introduces the background and significance of higher agricultural and forestry education in serving the construction of new socialist countryside, and studies the related trends at home and abroad by using the methods of literature analysis, historical tracing and comparative research, in order to determine the perspective of the research. Make clear the research method, construct the research frame, analyze the present situation of the higher agriculture and forestry education serving the new socialist countryside construction, study the contribution of the higher agriculture and forestry education to the new socialist countryside construction through the questionnaire survey, Taking Northeast Forestry University as an example, the paper analyzes the achievements of Northeast Forestry University in building a new socialist countryside and analyzes the service of higher agricultural and forestry education to the construction of a new socialist countryside. This paper studies the relationship between higher agriculture and forestry education and the new socialist countryside, and studies the countermeasures of serving the new socialist countryside construction by the system analysis method. This article attempts to speed up the construction of a new socialist countryside, how to give full play to the role of higher agricultural and forestry education, in order to improve the vocational skills of graduates of agricultural and forestry colleges, to promote the rural employment of agricultural and forestry college graduates. In order to promote the development of agricultural modernization and to provide decision basis and countermeasures for solving the problem of building new socialist countryside, the higher agricultural and forestry education can serve the construction of new socialist countryside more effectively. So as to speed up the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way.
