【摘要】:隨著時(shí)代和經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展大學(xué)畢業(yè)生已經(jīng)逐漸成為人才資源中重要的組成部分。隨著近些年逐步深入的教育改革和持續(xù)擴(kuò)招的高校招生,通過市場機(jī)制分配高校人才已經(jīng)成為人才配置的主要手段。通過市場科合理地配置大學(xué)人才已經(jīng)成為我國人力資源有效配置重要的組成部分,并日益成為新時(shí)代經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)與文化發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素。 在當(dāng)前高等院校極速擴(kuò)招的背景下,大學(xué)生的就業(yè)問題逐步暴露出來。隨著大學(xué)生就業(yè)問題的日益凸顯,引起了整個(gè)社會(huì)的廣泛關(guān)注,各領(lǐng)域?qū)W者的研究重心也逐漸偏向大學(xué)生就業(yè)問題。目前我國學(xué)者對于大學(xué)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)政策的研究局限在兩個(gè)方面——第一、大學(xué)畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)難問題;第二、大學(xué)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量較低。 以上兩個(gè)問題揭示出我們國家近些年高等教育的發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和文化的發(fā)展是不協(xié)調(diào)的。由于高等教育的發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和文化的發(fā)展脫節(jié)導(dǎo)致了大學(xué)生就業(yè)難和質(zhì)量低等問題的發(fā)生。通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn),大學(xué)生的個(gè)人就業(yè)能力、心理素質(zhì)以及大學(xué)生的個(gè)人價(jià)值觀等主觀因素和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展形勢、用人單位的需求情況以及人才市場的成熟度等客觀條件都會(huì)對大學(xué)生的就業(yè)造成影響。對于以上問題的研究,有助于了解各個(gè)因素對于大學(xué)生就業(yè)的影響程度,具有理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)兩方面意義。 為進(jìn)一步了解當(dāng)前就業(yè)政策對應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)行為、就業(yè)能力和就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)之間所造成的影響,,以及當(dāng)前就業(yè)政策中所存在的問題,本研究運(yùn)用定量與定性分析結(jié)合的研究方法,并通過對北京地區(qū)高校2009屆應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生以及相關(guān)用人單位的問卷調(diào)查,系統(tǒng)、全面、深入地剖析大學(xué)生就業(yè)政策。 本研究的重點(diǎn)是大學(xué)生就業(yè)政策,通過對北京市大學(xué)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的分析,針對大學(xué)生就業(yè)政策提出可行性的建議,并且提出三個(gè)研究假設(shè):第一是針對北京地區(qū)大學(xué)畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)預(yù)期和就業(yè)選擇的分析提出相關(guān)的政策建議;第二是通過對大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力的分析來提出相關(guān)的政策建議;第三是通過對大學(xué)生的自我評價(jià)與就業(yè)相關(guān)分析的對比,提出相關(guān)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of times and economy, college graduates have gradually become an important part of talent resources. With the gradual reform of education and the continuous enrollment of colleges and universities in recent years, the distribution of talents through the market mechanism has become the main means of talent allocation. The rational allocation of university talents through marketing has become an important part of the effective allocation of human resources in China, and has increasingly become a key factor in the development of economy, society and culture in the new era. Under the background of the rapid expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities, the employment problem of college students is gradually exposed. With the increasingly prominent employment problem of college students, the whole society has paid close attention to it, and the research focus of scholars in various fields is also gradually biased towards the employment problem of college students. At present, the research on the employment policy of college graduates in China is limited to two aspects: first, the employment of college graduates is difficult; second, the quality of employment of college graduates is low. The above two problems reveal that the development of higher education in our country in recent years is not in harmony with the development of economy, society and culture. Because of the disconnection between the development of higher education and economy, the development of society and culture, the employment of college students is difficult and the quality is low. Through the research, it is found that the subjective factors and economic development situation of college students, such as their personal employment ability, psychological quality and college students' personal values, The demand of employers and the maturity of the market will affect the employment of college students. The research on the above problems is helpful to understand the influence of various factors on the employment of college students, which has both theoretical and practical significance. In order to better understand the impact of current employment policies on the employment behaviour of recent graduates, the relationship between employability and employment opportunities, and the problems existing in current employment policies, This study uses the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the research method, and through the Beijing University graduates and related employers of the 2009 class of questionnaires, a systematic, in-depth analysis of employment policies for college students. The focus of this study is the employment policy of college students. Through the analysis of the employment of university graduates in Beijing, the paper puts forward some feasible suggestions for the employment policy of college students. And put forward three research hypotheses: first, to analyze the employment expectation and employment choice of university graduates in Beijing; second, to put forward the relevant policy recommendations through the analysis of college students' employability. The third is the comparison of self-evaluation and employment-related analysis of college students, and put forward relevant policy recommendations.
