山東省護(hù)理本科院校的學(xué)科建設(shè)分析

【摘要】:學(xué)科是高校實(shí)施人才培養(yǎng)、科學(xué)研究和社會(huì)服務(wù)的載體。學(xué)科建設(shè)是高校工作的核心,是高校建設(shè)發(fā)展的重要內(nèi)容,是展示大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)水平和辦學(xué)能力的主要標(biāo)志。學(xué)科建設(shè)有豐富的內(nèi)容,包括多個(gè)層面和要素。從學(xué)科建設(shè)的層次來(lái)講,它包括重點(diǎn)學(xué)科建設(shè),一般學(xué)科建設(shè),非優(yōu)勢(shì)學(xué)科和優(yōu)勢(shì)學(xué)科建設(shè),按照學(xué)位授權(quán)范圍又可分為一級(jí)學(xué)科、二級(jí)學(xué)科和三級(jí)學(xué)科建設(shè)。從學(xué)科建設(shè)的內(nèi)容來(lái)講,包括學(xué)科的學(xué)術(shù)隊(duì)伍,科學(xué)研究,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施等。從學(xué)科建設(shè)的學(xué)術(shù)體系來(lái)講,又包括學(xué)科的理論建設(shè)和學(xué)術(shù)規(guī)范建設(shè)。 本研究以“學(xué)科的建設(shè)內(nèi)容”為基本范疇,探討山東省護(hù)理本科院校在科學(xué)研究,師資隊(duì)伍,基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)等方面的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題,并提出解決策略。不涉及護(hù)理學(xué)科建設(shè)的理論探討。 本研究闡釋了學(xué)科、專業(yè)、學(xué)科建設(shè)等相關(guān)概念,通過(guò)山東省教育廳網(wǎng)站公布的信息,對(duì)省內(nèi)具有護(hù)理本科辦學(xué)資格的院校數(shù)量和分布有了初步了解,然后,對(duì)各護(hù)理本科院校師資隊(duì)伍、基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)、科學(xué)研究等方面進(jìn)行了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,調(diào)查顯示山東省護(hù)理本科院校存在著缺乏學(xué)科獨(dú)立意識(shí),學(xué)科建設(shè)概念模糊,辦學(xué)規(guī)模與質(zhì)量失衡,研究生培養(yǎng)規(guī)模不夠,師資隊(duì)伍數(shù)量不足,結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,科研實(shí)力薄弱,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施落后等問(wèn)題。 圍繞上述問(wèn)題,提出山東省護(hù)理本科院校在加強(qiáng)學(xué)科建設(shè)方面,應(yīng)該重視以下幾方面的工作:一是科學(xué)管理,加強(qiáng)師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)。從學(xué)院方面完善教師隊(duì)伍管理制度,為教師提高學(xué)歷,爭(zhēng)取研修提供平臺(tái)與條件,從政府方面在學(xué)科帶頭人的遴選制度上對(duì)一般本科院校和民辦本科院校有所傾斜。二是增加投入,加強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)。基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施是學(xué)科建設(shè)的主要場(chǎng)所和條件,要確立基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的目標(biāo),專項(xiàng)經(jīng)費(fèi)管理,確立管理制度,加強(qiáng)監(jiān)督等各方面進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)。三是立足現(xiàn)狀,加強(qiáng)科研工作力度,對(duì)山東省各護(hù)理本科院?蒲鞋F(xiàn)狀存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析并提出相關(guān)建議。四是調(diào)控結(jié)構(gòu),多層次并舉培養(yǎng)護(hù)理人才。要根據(jù)各學(xué)校辦學(xué)層次間的差異,在山東省內(nèi)形成精英教育與大眾化教育并舉,既要培養(yǎng)博士、碩士護(hù)理人才,又要調(diào)控護(hù)理本、?茟(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng),同時(shí)試點(diǎn)發(fā)展長(zhǎng)學(xué)制護(hù)理精英教育。
[Abstract]:Discipline is the carrier of talent training, scientific research and social service in colleges and universities. Discipline construction is the core of the university work, the important content of the university construction and development, and the main symbol of showing the academic level and the running ability of the university. Discipline construction has rich content, including many levels and elements. From the level of discipline construction, it includes key discipline construction, general discipline construction, non-advantage discipline and advantage discipline construction. According to the scope of degree authorization, it can be divided into one discipline, two disciplines and three disciplines construction. From the content of discipline construction, including the academic team, scientific research, infrastructure and so on. From the academic system of discipline construction, it also includes theoretical construction and academic standard construction. This research takes "subject construction content" as the basic category, discusses the present situation and existing problems in scientific research, teaching staff, infrastructure construction, and puts forward solving strategies in Shandong nursing undergraduate colleges and universities. It does not involve the theoretical discussion of nursing discipline construction. This study explains the related concepts of discipline, specialty, discipline construction and so on. Through the information published on the website of Shandong Education Department, we have a preliminary understanding of the number and distribution of colleges and universities with undergraduate nursing qualifications in the province, and then, A questionnaire survey was conducted on the teaching staff, infrastructure construction, scientific research and other aspects of nursing undergraduate colleges in Shandong Province. The investigation showed that there was a lack of discipline independence consciousness, the concept of discipline construction was vague, and the scale and quality of running a school was out of balance in Shandong Province. The scale of graduate training is not enough, the number of teachers is insufficient, the structure is unreasonable, the strength of scientific research is weak, and the infrastructure is backward. On the basis of the above problems, the author points out that in strengthening the discipline construction of nursing colleges in Shandong Province, we should pay attention to the following aspects: first, scientific management and strengthening the construction of teaching staff. From the aspect of colleges, we should perfect the management system of teachers' ranks, improve teachers' academic qualifications, and strive to provide the platform and conditions for the study, and from the government's aspect, the selection system of the leaders of the discipline should be inclined to the general undergraduate colleges and private undergraduate colleges. Second, increase investment and strengthen infrastructure construction. Infrastructure is the main place and condition for discipline construction. It is necessary to establish the target of infrastructure construction, special fund management, establish management system, strengthen supervision and other aspects of infrastructure construction. Third, based on the current situation, strengthen the intensity of scientific research, and analyze the existing problems of the current situation of nursing colleges and universities in Shandong Province, and put forward some relevant suggestions. Fourth, the structure of regulation and control, multi-level training of nursing personnel. In light of the differences in the levels of running schools in Shandong Province, elite education and mass education should be developed simultaneously. It is necessary to train doctors and master nursing talents, as well as adjust and control nursing capital and train specialized and applied talents. At the same time pilot development of long-term nursing elite education.
