【摘要】：本文基于麥可思對全國2013屆大學生畢業(yè)半年后就業(yè)狀況的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),從就業(yè)狀態(tài)、就業(yè)質(zhì)量、社團活動和素養(yǎng)等方面全面分析了中國工程類大學畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,并結(jié)合工程教育專業(yè)認證標準對部分指標進行了解讀�？傮w來講,2013屆工程類大學畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)情況與2012屆相比,畢業(yè)生月收入有所增長,其他方面并未得到提升。2013屆工程類大學畢業(yè)生畢業(yè)半年后就業(yè)率與2012屆持平;就業(yè)滿意度與2012屆基本持平;工作與專業(yè)相關(guān)度方面,本科工程類與2012屆相比有所下降,高職工程類的專業(yè)相關(guān)度與2012屆基本持平;職業(yè)期待吻合度方面,本科工程類與2012屆基本持平,高職與2012屆持平;畢業(yè)半年內(nèi)離職率方面,本科工程類與2012屆持平,高職工程類與2012屆相比有所上升。與非工程類大學畢業(yè)生相比,工程類大學畢業(yè)生無論是在就業(yè)數(shù)量還是在就業(yè)質(zhì)量方面的優(yōu)勢均在減小,其中,工程類2013屆大學畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)滿意度、職業(yè)期待吻合度還低于非工程類。在此背景下,開展工程教育認證,提升工程類專業(yè)培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,已是大勢所趨。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey data of the employment status of the 2013 class of Chinese college students after graduation, this paper comprehensively analyzes the employment situation of Chinese engineering university graduates from the aspects of employment status, employment quality, community activities and literacy, etc. And combined with engineering education professional certification standards for the interpretation of some indicators. In general, compared with the 2012 class, the employment situation of the engineering graduates in the class of 2013 has increased, but other aspects have not been promoted. The employment rate of the engineering graduates in the class of 2013 is equal to that of the class of 2012 half a year after graduation; The degree of employment satisfaction is basically equal to that of the 2012, the degree of correlation between work and specialty is lower than that of class 2012, the correlation degree of engineering in higher vocational education is basically equal to that of the class of 2012, and the degree of professional expectation is the same. The undergraduate engineering class is basically equal to the 2012 class and the higher vocational college class is equal to the 2012 class. In terms of the resignation rate within six months after graduation, the undergraduate engineering class is equal to the 2012 class, and the higher vocational engineering class is higher than the 2012 class. Compared with non-engineering graduates, the advantages of engineering graduates in terms of employment quantity and employment quality are decreasing. Among them, the degree of employment satisfaction of engineering graduates in the class of 2013, The degree of coincidence of career expectation is also lower than that of non-engineering. Under this background, it is the trend of the times to carry out engineering education certification and improve the training quality of engineering majors.
