【摘要】：高校校報(bào)是高校黨委和行政的機(jī)關(guān)報(bào)，也是高校加強(qiáng)思想政治教育和開(kāi)展新聞宣傳工作的重要陣地，是傳播社會(huì)主義先進(jìn)文化和精神文明建設(shè)成果的重要載體，也是學(xué)校聯(lián)系師生員工、海內(nèi)外校友和社會(huì)各界人士的重要紐帶，更是展示高校對(duì)外形象和塑造學(xué)校品牌的重要窗口。在高等教育事業(yè)發(fā)展和人才培養(yǎng)方面，高校校報(bào)承擔(dān)著重要的作用。 近年來(lái)，隨著我國(guó)高等教育事業(yè)的快速發(fā)展，高校對(duì)人才培養(yǎng)及思想政治宣傳工作有了更高的要求，這也為高校校報(bào)提供了大有作為的天地。然而，由于目前國(guó)內(nèi)研究高校校報(bào)發(fā)展的論文數(shù)量不多，且大多都沒(méi)有具體結(jié)合各高校的實(shí)際發(fā)展方針戰(zhàn)略來(lái)探析新時(shí)期里校報(bào)的發(fā)展思路，也就沒(méi)有具體的改革發(fā)展方案出臺(tái)，所以對(duì)于各高校校報(bào)發(fā)展的實(shí)質(zhì)幫助意義不大。研究高校校報(bào)的發(fā)展，，探尋其發(fā)展規(guī)律，不僅有助于高校教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展，也有利于學(xué)者研究新聞信息在特定區(qū)域傳播的規(guī)律和影響力。 由于校報(bào)專(zhuān)業(yè)性強(qiáng)、性質(zhì)特殊，還承擔(dān)著很多其他報(bào)紙沒(méi)有的職責(zé)，因此關(guān)于校報(bào)的文章必須從專(zhuān)業(yè)角度出發(fā)，才能談得深刻。由于本論文最終的落腳點(diǎn)是校報(bào)在形象、內(nèi)容及拓展空間三方面的改革方案，因此筆者將運(yùn)用傳播學(xué)中的理論來(lái)研究本課題。在理論基礎(chǔ)之上，筆者將主要通過(guò)對(duì)《浙江大學(xué)報(bào)》、《重慶工商大學(xué)報(bào)》和《重慶大學(xué)報(bào)》三份高校校報(bào)的具體分析，并結(jié)合各個(gè)高校在短期內(nèi)的發(fā)展方針，最終得出“從校報(bào)的形象、內(nèi)容和拓展空間三個(gè)方面得改革來(lái)推動(dòng)高校發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的貫徹和落實(shí)”的新時(shí)期里高校校報(bào)改革方案。 本論文的其創(chuàng)新之處在于“結(jié)合新時(shí)期里高校的發(fā)展方針”來(lái)探析高校校報(bào)的發(fā)展之路，希望能通過(guò)探究高校校報(bào)在新時(shí)期中的改革方案，為新時(shí)期里高校校報(bào)的發(fā)展指明方向。然而在充滿激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的新時(shí)期里，高校校報(bào)如何能抓住機(jī)遇，在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中實(shí)現(xiàn)自身的跨越與發(fā)展，同時(shí)全面地服務(wù)于學(xué)校的發(fā)展方針，是眾多校報(bào)從業(yè)者必須繼續(xù)努力在實(shí)踐中面對(duì)和探索的問(wèn)題，而筆者只希望能通過(guò)對(duì)本論題的研究和探討，為新時(shí)期里中國(guó)高校校報(bào)乃至高等教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展盡一份微薄的力量。
[Abstract]:The university newspaper is not only the organ of the Party committee and administration, but also the important position for colleges and universities to strengthen ideological and political education and carry out news and propaganda work. It is also an important carrier for spreading the achievements of socialist advanced culture and spiritual civilization construction. It is also an important link between teachers, students and staff, alumni at home and abroad and people from all walks of life. It is also an important window to show the external image of colleges and universities and to shape the school brand. The university newspaper plays an important role in the development of higher education and the cultivation of talents. In recent years, with the rapid development of higher education in China, colleges and universities have higher requirements for the cultivation of talents and ideological and political propaganda, which also provides a promising world for university newspapers. However, since there are not many papers on the development of university newspaper in China at present, most of them have not specifically combined with the actual development policy and strategy of each university to explore the development ideas of the school newspaper in the new period. There is no concrete reform and development plan, so it is of little help to the development of university newspaper. Studying the development of university newspaper and exploring its development law are not only helpful to the development of university education, but also helpful for scholars to study the law and influence of news information spreading in specific area. Because the school newspaper is professional and special in nature, it also bears the responsibility that many other newspapers do not have, so the article about the school newspaper must proceed from the professional angle, only then can the discussion be profound. Because the final aim of this paper is the reform plan of the school newspaper in the aspects of image, content and expanding space, the author will use the theory of communication to study this subject. On the basis of the theory, the author will mainly analyze the three university newspapers of Zhejiang University, Chongqing Industrial and Commercial University and Chongqing University, and combine the development policy of each university in the short term. Finally, it is concluded that the reform of university newspaper in the new period should be carried out from the aspects of image, content and expanding space to promote the implementation and implementation of the development strategy of colleges and universities. The innovation of this paper lies in "combining the development policy of colleges and universities in the new period" to explore the way of the development of university newspaper, hoping to probe into the reform plan of university newspaper in the new period. It is the direction of the development of university newspaper in the new period. However, in the new period full of fierce competition, how can the university newspaper seize the opportunity, realize its own leapfrogging and development in the competition, and at the same time serve the development policy of the school in an all-round way? It is a problem that many school newspaper practitioners must continue to face and explore in practice, and the author only hopes that through the research and discussion of this topic, In the new era, China's university newspaper and even the development of higher education to do a modest strength.
