【摘要】：黨的十七屆六中全會(huì)強(qiáng)調(diào)指出“社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系是興國之魂，是社會(huì)主義先進(jìn)文化的精髓”。隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)在全球的日益勃興，網(wǎng)絡(luò)已成為思想文化信息的集散地以及社會(huì)輿論的放大器，高校社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系的宣傳教育離不開網(wǎng)絡(luò)這個(gè)新興載體，充分利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)及其文化特點(diǎn)，建立高校社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系宣傳網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)，實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系對(duì)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化的引領(lǐng)，關(guān)系到青年大學(xué)生的健康成長(zhǎng)，關(guān)系到國家的長(zhǎng)治久安以及中國特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)建設(shè)的全局。 本文采用文獻(xiàn)與調(diào)研相結(jié)合、國內(nèi)經(jīng)驗(yàn)與國外借鑒相結(jié)合，現(xiàn)實(shí)與虛擬相結(jié)合等方法進(jìn)行研究。首先，收集了大量國內(nèi)外高校社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系宣傳網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)建設(shè)的相關(guān)資料，對(duì)國內(nèi)外高校社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系宣傳網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)研、分析，全面審視高校社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系宣傳網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)建設(shè)的地位；其次，根據(jù)現(xiàn)有資料、實(shí)際狀況以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)特征著重研究高校社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系宣傳網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)建設(shè)的目標(biāo)、平臺(tái)的構(gòu)建以及保障。 本文研究的具體問題以及成果主要包括以下幾個(gè)方面：一、高校社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系宣傳網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)的地位。本文具體分析了高校社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系宣傳網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)的內(nèi)涵，認(rèn)為高校社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系宣傳網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)的地位不可小覷，它既是高校社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系宣傳的重要載體，又是高校社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系宣傳的重要方式。二、高校社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系宣傳網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)建設(shè)的目標(biāo)。本文根據(jù)馬克思關(guān)于人的全面發(fā)展理論、網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播理論以及黨的十七屆六中全會(huì)、國家“十二五”時(shí)期文化改革發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要關(guān)于社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系建設(shè)的要求，具體結(jié)合高校大學(xué)生的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況，提出了高校社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系宣傳網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)建設(shè)的理論目標(biāo)和現(xiàn)實(shí)目標(biāo)。三、高校社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系宣傳網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)的構(gòu)建。本文根據(jù)目標(biāo)的要求構(gòu)建出了高校社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系宣傳的主要網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)，即以主導(dǎo)教育為中心的網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)、以自我教育為中心的網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)、以服務(wù)教育為中心的網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)，為高校社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系宣傳網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)的實(shí)際建設(shè)提供模式依據(jù)。四、高校社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系宣傳網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)建設(shè)的保障。為保障高校社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系宣傳網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)建設(shè)的順利運(yùn)行，，本文提出了高校社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系宣傳網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)建設(shè)的法制保障、組織保障、投入保障以及技術(shù)保障。
[Abstract]:The sixth Plenary session of the 17th CPC Central Committee emphasized that "the socialist core value system is the soul of rejuvenating the country and the quintessence of socialist advanced culture." With the increasing popularity of the network in the world, the network has become the center of ideological and cultural information and the amplifier of social public opinion. The propaganda and education of the core value system of socialism in colleges and universities can not be separated from the network as a new carrier. Making full use of the network and its cultural characteristics, establishing the propaganda network platform of the socialist core value system in colleges and universities, realizing the guidance of the socialist core value system to the network culture of colleges and universities, is related to the healthy growth of the young college students. It is related to the long-term stability of the country and the overall situation of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics. This paper combines literature with investigation, domestic experience with foreign experience, reality with virtual methods. First of all, collected a large number of domestic and foreign colleges and universities socialist core value system propaganda network platform construction related information, to the domestic and foreign colleges and universities socialist core value system propaganda network platform present situation carries on the investigation, the analysis, The status of propaganda network platform construction of socialist core value system in colleges and universities is comprehensively examined. Secondly, according to the existing data, actual situation and network characteristics, the goal of propaganda network platform construction of socialist core value system in colleges and universities is studied emphatically.
