【摘要】：書院改制因其對中國近現(xiàn)代教育發(fā)展所產(chǎn)生的深遠(yuǎn)影響,近十年來受到專家學(xué)者的日漸重視。"知古"可以"鑒今",研究其中的得與失、是與非,旨在為現(xiàn)代教育改革提供借鑒與啟示。鑒于此,編輯部本期特以專題形式集中刊發(fā)"近十年書院改制研究述評"、"書院改制對中國高等教育近現(xiàn)代化的影響"、"晚清書院向近代學(xué)術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)型的內(nèi)外條件"、"清末四川省會書院改制前后的兩難及其變通"四篇文章,以饗讀者。
