大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)多維教育體系構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:創(chuàng)業(yè)教育是以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)綜合素質(zhì)為目標(biāo)的新型教育理念,是高等教育適應(yīng)知識經(jīng)濟時代對創(chuàng)新人才要求的必然之舉,也是解決目前大學(xué)生“創(chuàng)業(yè)難”現(xiàn)象的主要途徑之一。然而,目前我國的大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育發(fā)展還不夠成熟,在教育目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容、形式、課程設(shè)置以及保障體系等方面都存在諸多不足,與學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)實際需求不相適應(yīng)。那么,如何針對創(chuàng)業(yè)的復(fù)雜性、艱難性對創(chuàng)業(yè)者提出的多方面要求,建立起相對應(yīng)的大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)多維教育的體系,將我們的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育落到實處,在緩解就業(yè)壓力、維護社會安定、推動經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的同時,促進大學(xué)生個體的全面發(fā)展,在今天顯得尤為重要。 本文在借鑒前人大量研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,對大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)多維教育體系的構(gòu)建做了初步探討。文章共有四個部分組成,簡單概述如下: 第一部分主要介紹了創(chuàng)業(yè)教育研究的背景、意義以及國內(nèi)外研究的現(xiàn)狀,指出我國的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育研究尚處于起步階段,在對目前創(chuàng)業(yè)教育與大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)實際需求的不適應(yīng)、創(chuàng)業(yè)的特點決定教育的多維性及其體系的構(gòu)建方面未作充分研究,并在闡明選題意義的同時,簡單概述了本研究的主要內(nèi)容、方法與創(chuàng)新之處。 第二部分在對相關(guān)資料及走訪的大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)個案進行研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)者遭遇項目選擇難、公司注冊難、經(jīng)營管理難的困境,并對創(chuàng)業(yè)難所帶來的不利因素以及造成大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)難的多方面原因進行了分析與探討,最后指出創(chuàng)業(yè)教育是提高學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)綜合素質(zhì)及創(chuàng)業(yè)成功率的重要保證。 第三部分通過對國內(nèi)外創(chuàng)業(yè)教育概念的分析與理解,指出創(chuàng)業(yè)教育是對學(xué)生從事創(chuàng)業(yè)實踐活動所必須具備的多方面素質(zhì),包括創(chuàng)業(yè)意識、創(chuàng)業(yè)知識、創(chuàng)業(yè)能力及創(chuàng)業(yè)精神等進行全方位、綜合培養(yǎng)的教育過程。并在對我國大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查與分析的基礎(chǔ)上,歸納總結(jié)了目前我國大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育在理論研究、教育實踐及支持環(huán)境方面取得的成效,以及在教育目標(biāo)、教育內(nèi)容、課程體系、教育形式及保障機制等方面仍然存在的不足。 第四部分主要針對目前我國大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育存在的不足與大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)多方面的實際需求之間存在的矛盾,從教育目標(biāo)、教育內(nèi)容、課程設(shè)置、教學(xué)模式等多個層面入手,探索建立一套在大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)所需要的意識、知識、能力和精神等多個維度進行全方位培養(yǎng)的綜合教育體系,并通過在組織機構(gòu)建設(shè)、理論與實踐研究、政策資金支持、師資力量提升、教學(xué)資源改善及校園文化環(huán)境優(yōu)化等方面做出努力,為大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)多維教育體系的實施提供保障。
[Abstract]:Entrepreneurship education is a new education concept aimed at cultivating the comprehensive quality of the students' entrepreneurship. It is an inevitable move to meet the requirements of innovative talents in the era of knowledge economy and one of the main ways to solve the "difficult business" phenomenon of college students. However, the development of College Students' Entrepreneurship education in our country is not mature enough at present. There are many shortcomings in the aspects of education goal, content, form, curriculum and security system and so on. It does not adapt to the actual needs of the students. Then, in view of the complexity and difficulties of entrepreneurship, how to set up a multi-dimensional education system for college students to start a business is set up, and our entrepreneurial education has been put to the end. In reality, in alleviating employment pressure, maintaining social stability and promoting economic development, it is particularly important to promote the all-round development of university students.
On the basis of a large number of previous research achievements, this paper makes a preliminary discussion on the construction of multi-dimensional education system for college students. The article consists of four parts, which are briefly summarized as follows:
The first part mainly introduces the background, significance and the status of research at home and abroad, and points out that the research on entrepreneurship education in China is still in its infancy, and does not fully study the multi-dimensional nature of education and the construction of its system, which is not adapted to the actual needs of current Entrepreneurship education and college students' entrepreneurship. While explaining the significance of the topic, the main contents, methods and innovations of the study are briefly outlined.
In the second part, on the basis of the research on the related materials and the case of College Students' entrepreneurship, the author puts forward the difficulties of the project selection, the difficulty of the company registration, the difficult management of the business, and the analysis and discussion of the reasons for the difficulties and the difficulties of the college students. Finally, the author points out that the students are difficult to start a business. Entrepreneurship education is an important guarantee to improve the overall quality of students' Entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial success rate.
The third part, through the analysis and understanding of the concept of entrepreneurship education at home and abroad, points out that the entrepreneurship education is the multifaceted quality that the students must possess in the practice of entrepreneurship, including entrepreneurial consciousness, entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial spirit, and the comprehensive education process. On the basis of the investigation and analysis of the present situation, the results of the theoretical research, the educational practice and the supporting environment of the college students' Entrepreneurship Education in China are summarized, as well as the deficiencies in the educational objectives, the educational content, the curriculum system, the education form and the guarantee mechanism.
The fourth part mainly aims at the contradiction between the existing shortage of College Students' entrepreneurship education and the practical needs of College Students' entrepreneurship. From the aspects of educational objectives, educational content, curriculum setting and teaching mode, we explore a set of consciousness, knowledge, ability and spirit, which are needed in the creation of college students. The comprehensive education system is carried out in all directions, and efforts are made in the aspects of organizational construction, theoretical and practical research, policy fund support, teachers' promotion, improvement of teaching resources and the optimization of campus cultural environment, so as to provide guarantee for the implementation of multi-dimensional education system for college students.
