高校大學(xué)生思想政治教育激勵(lì)理論研究

【摘要】:激勵(lì)是思想政治教育工作中的重要方法之一,在改革開放和社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的新形勢(shì)下,,高校思想政治教育工作面臨著許多新的變化和新的問題,如何科學(xué)的運(yùn)用激勵(lì)理論,充分發(fā)揮高校思想政治教育的激勵(lì)效應(yīng),是實(shí)現(xiàn)高校思想政治教育工作目標(biāo)的重要保證。高校思想政治教育工作的關(guān)鍵就是要有效地調(diào)動(dòng)師生的積極性,科學(xué)運(yùn)用激勵(lì)理論是調(diào)動(dòng)師生學(xué)習(xí)、工作和生活積極性的主要手段,是提高高校政工隊(duì)伍、教師隊(duì)伍和大學(xué)生群體綜合索質(zhì)的有力杠桿。 本文從激勵(lì)和思想政治激勵(lì)理論概述入手,著重論述思想政治教育激勵(lì)理論的含義特征和作用,分析了當(dāng)前高校學(xué)生思想政治教育激勵(lì)中存在的問題,如大學(xué)生思想政治教育激勵(lì)的時(shí)機(jī)任意,對(duì)大學(xué)生思想政治教育激勵(lì)的方法單一,激勵(lì)過程片面等同時(shí)也指出了其產(chǎn)生的原因,如激勵(lì)的認(rèn)識(shí)存在誤區(qū),對(duì)學(xué)生的特點(diǎn)把握存在不偏差等,著重就如何科學(xué)實(shí)施、切實(shí)加強(qiáng)高校學(xué)生思想政治教育激勵(lì)作了比較深入的探討。如提高教育主體運(yùn)用激勵(lì)的理念和健全高校激勵(lì)的長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制。強(qiáng)調(diào)實(shí)施高校學(xué)生思想政治教育激勵(lì)應(yīng)堅(jiān)持系統(tǒng)化原則,差異化原則,公平原則,科學(xué)運(yùn)用目標(biāo)激勵(lì)法,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激勵(lì)法,獎(jiǎng)懲激勵(lì)法,情感激勵(lì)法等方法。只有這樣,才能充分發(fā)揮高校學(xué)生思想政治教育激勵(lì)的作用,調(diào)動(dòng)和激發(fā)大學(xué)生的積極性和創(chuàng)造性,努力把自己培養(yǎng)成為社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的建設(shè)者和接班人。
[Abstract]:Encouragement is one of the important methods in ideological and political education. Under the new situation of reform and opening up and socialist market economy, ideological and political education in colleges and universities is facing many new changes and problems. Giving full play to the incentive effect of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is an important guarantee to realize the goal of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The key to ideological and political education in colleges and universities is to effectively arouse the enthusiasm of teachers and students. The scientific application of incentive theory is the main means of arousing the enthusiasm of teachers and students in learning, working and living, and it is also to improve the contingent of political workers in colleges and universities. The powerful leverage of teachers and college students. This paper begins with an overview of the motivation theory of ideological and political education, emphasizes on the characteristics and functions of the motivation theory of ideological and political education, and analyzes the problems existing in the motivation of ideological and political education for college students. Such as the opportunity of college students' ideological and political education is arbitrary, the method of the college students' ideological and political education is single, the incentive process is one-sided, and the reasons are pointed out, such as the misunderstanding of the cognition of the motivation. There is no deviation in grasping the characteristics of students, and how to carry out it scientifically and strengthen the motivation of ideological and political education of college students are discussed in detail. For example, to improve the concept of education subject to use incentives and improve the long-term mechanism of incentives in colleges and universities. It is emphasized that the system principle, the difference principle, the fair principle, the scientific application of the objective incentive method, the competition incentive method, the reward and punishment incentive method, the emotion incentive method and so on should be adhered to in the implementation of the college students' ideological and political education. Only in this way can we give full play to the role of the ideological and political education of college students, arouse and stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of college students, and strive to cultivate themselves as builders and successors of the socialist cause.
