【摘要】：隨著我國高校的不斷擴招，高等教育已經(jīng)變得大眾化，女大學(xué)生的數(shù)量在逐年增加。女大學(xué)生作為未來社會的精英群體，解讀和研究女大學(xué)生主體意識，不僅會影響女大學(xué)生個人未來的發(fā)展，更會對未來的社會文化等方面的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)的影響。 本文主要從三部分對高校女大學(xué)生主體意識培養(yǎng)進(jìn)行了理論與實踐研究。第一部分，主要對高校女大學(xué)生主體意識培養(yǎng)理論進(jìn)行了辨析，汲取馬克思主義、后現(xiàn)代女權(quán)主義等理論體系中的精華。得出適合高校女大學(xué)生主體意識的培養(yǎng)理論。第二部分，主要論述了女大學(xué)生主體意識的現(xiàn)狀及成因。對女大學(xué)生主體意識發(fā)展階段、存在的差異性和女大學(xué)生主體意識薄弱方面進(jìn)行了研究和討論，對影響培養(yǎng)女大學(xué)生主體意識的政治因素、經(jīng)濟(jì)因素、社會文化因素、教育因素、大眾傳媒因素、個人因素等進(jìn)行了分析。第三部分，主要是針對女大學(xué)生主體意識所存在的問題，提出了培養(yǎng)女大學(xué)生主體意識的目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容以及途徑與方法，對女大學(xué)生樹立正確的主體意識及其如何進(jìn)行培養(yǎng)教育進(jìn)行了有益的探索。女大學(xué)生主體意識培養(yǎng)是一項長期的事業(yè)，需要經(jīng)過不斷地努力和探索，從女性自身的視角出發(fā)，解構(gòu)具體問題，得出更新、更全面、更適合女大學(xué)生主體意識的培養(yǎng)對策。
[Abstract]:With the increasing enrollment of colleges and universities, higher education has become popular, and the number of female students is increasing year by year. As the elite group of the future society, the interpretation and study of female college students' subjective consciousness will not only affect the future development of female college students, but also have a profound impact on the future social and cultural development. This article mainly from three parts to the female college student's subject consciousness cultivation carries on the theory and the practice research. In the first part, the author analyzes the theory of the cultivation of female college students' subjective consciousness, and draws on the essence of Marxism, postmodern feminism and other theoretical systems. The training theory suitable for female college students' subjective consciousness is obtained. The second part mainly discusses the present situation and causes of female college students'subjective consciousness. This paper studies and discusses the differences and weakness of female college students' subjective consciousness in the development stage, and discusses the political, economic, social and cultural factors that affect the cultivation of female college students' subjective consciousness. Educational factors, mass media factors, personal factors were analyzed. The third part, aiming at the problems of female college students' subjective consciousness, puts forward the goal, content, ways and methods of cultivating female college students' subjective consciousness. This paper probes into how to cultivate female college students' right consciousness of subject and how to train and educate them. The cultivation of female college students' subjective consciousness is a long-term undertaking, which needs constant efforts and exploration, from the angle of view of women themselves, to deconstruct the specific problems, and to arrive at a new, more comprehensive, more suitable training strategy for female college students' subject consciousness.
