【摘要】：進入信息時代以來，信息化已經(jīng)成為各行各業(yè)的核心和主導(dǎo)，成為行業(yè)進步的重要標(biāo)志。當(dāng)前，，我國高校電子政務(wù)建設(shè)正逐漸加強，其中高校學(xué)生檔務(wù)建設(shè)是其核心內(nèi)容。實現(xiàn)學(xué)生檔務(wù)工作電子化成為當(dāng)前高校學(xué)生檔務(wù)部門和檔務(wù)工作者的一項重要任務(wù)。但就我國目前狀況而言，高校學(xué)生電子檔務(wù)建設(shè)存在各方重視不夠、建設(shè)進程緩慢、發(fā)展不均衡等諸多問題。 高校學(xué)生檔案作為學(xué)生在大學(xué)時代重要的活動記錄，在學(xué)生就業(yè)、深造等方面有著難以替代的參考價值，是學(xué)生重要的人生履歷。本文正是基于高校學(xué)生檔案的重要性，根據(jù)以學(xué)生為本的理念，著重從高校學(xué)生電子檔務(wù)系統(tǒng)建設(shè)模式方面進行研究，探索高校學(xué)生檔務(wù)工作的新思路。 本文在闡明高校學(xué)生電子檔務(wù)工作基本內(nèi)涵的前提下，分析現(xiàn)有學(xué)生檔案管理系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)勢與不足，總結(jié)出高校學(xué)生電子檔務(wù)系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，依托高�，F(xiàn)有校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)與高校教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)，借助先進的網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)施和技術(shù)手段，構(gòu)建起結(jié)構(gòu)分明、符合社會需求的高校學(xué)生電子檔務(wù)系統(tǒng)。同時，高校電子檔務(wù)的發(fā)展需要從國家到地方、再到各個高校建立起完善的配套保障機制，確保財力、物力和人力的充足有效供給，努力構(gòu)建全國范圍內(nèi)的高校學(xué)生電子檔務(wù)工作體系，以適應(yīng)高校學(xué)生檔務(wù)工作現(xiàn)代化和科技化的發(fā)展需要。
[Abstract]:Since entering the information age, informatization has become the core and leading of various industries and an important symbol of industry progress. At present, the construction of university e-government in our country is gradually strengthened, among which the construction of university student file is the core content. It is an important task to realize the electronization of student file work in colleges and universities. However, as far as the present situation of our country is concerned, there are many problems in the construction of college students' electronic file, such as insufficient attention from all sides, slow construction process, uneven development and so on. As an important record of college students' activities in college, college students' archives have an irreplaceable reference value in the aspects of students' employment and further study, which is also an important life record for students. This paper is based on the importance of college students' archives, according to the concept of student-oriented, focusing on the university students' electronic file system construction model, to explore the new ideas of university students' archival work. On the premise of expounding the basic connotation of college students' electronic filing work, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing student file management system, and summarizes the development status of the university students' electronic file management system. Relying on the existing campus network and educational administration management system in colleges and universities, with the help of advanced network facilities and technical means, the electronic file management system for college students with clear structure and social needs is constructed. At the same time, the development of electronic archives in colleges and universities requires the establishment of a complete supporting guarantee mechanism from the state to the local level, and to the various colleges and universities to ensure the adequate and effective supply of financial, material and human resources. In order to meet the needs of modernization and scientific and technological development of college students' archiving work, this paper tries to set up a nationwide electronic file management system for college students.
