【摘要】:本研究利用最新的網(wǎng)格技術(shù),從高校校園資源管理的現(xiàn)實(shí)困境出發(fā),在對(duì)現(xiàn)行校園資源管理系統(tǒng)的分析和總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出一個(gè)更為適合高校教育資源協(xié)調(diào)管理、高效使用的網(wǎng)格結(jié)構(gòu)——教育網(wǎng)格,并針對(duì)日后對(duì)教育網(wǎng)格的建立完善工作提出一些建議。為此,本文首先對(duì)搜集到的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料進(jìn)行疏通整理,對(duì)網(wǎng)格技術(shù)做出詳細(xì)介紹。然后,以一個(gè)現(xiàn)行的教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)為例,對(duì)其學(xué)籍管理、收費(fèi)管理、注冊(cè)管理、選課管理、排課管理等各大主要功能模塊的使用進(jìn)行分析,并總結(jié)出這種傳統(tǒng)資源管理方式的弊端,主要是在于對(duì)異構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)和龐大計(jì)算要求的無為性。進(jìn)而提出一個(gè)更具優(yōu)勢的管理模式教育網(wǎng)格,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了理論上的結(jié)構(gòu)說明。最后,對(duì)教育網(wǎng)格的建立及其前期的相關(guān)準(zhǔn)備工作,提出一些可行的具體措施,并從管理統(tǒng)籌機(jī)制、安全監(jiān)管機(jī)制、保障機(jī)制和評(píng)估機(jī)制等方面做出原則性建議。 本研究在研究視角、理論性以及實(shí)踐性方面具有一定的創(chuàng)新性,體現(xiàn)在: 研究視角方面:從高校校園資源管理的現(xiàn)實(shí)困境出發(fā),利用最新的網(wǎng)格技術(shù),在傳統(tǒng)的決策支持系統(tǒng)DSS的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建出一個(gè)適合高校各種教育資源協(xié)調(diào)高效使用的網(wǎng)格結(jié)構(gòu)框架。研究視角具有相對(duì)獨(dú)特性。 理論性方面:本研究突破傳統(tǒng)的資源管理模式,結(jié)合最新的網(wǎng)格技術(shù),對(duì)舊有的校園管理理念在理論上帶來了全新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇和途徑。并探討了網(wǎng)格技術(shù)應(yīng)用于高校校園資源管理的基本原則和相應(yīng)對(duì)策,深化了有關(guān)校園資源管理的理論。 實(shí)踐性方面:本研究注重理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,由于高校在日?蒲,教學(xué),管理活動(dòng)方面存在著實(shí)際需求,本文能為其提供一條有效的解決思路,具有一定的實(shí)踐應(yīng)用價(jià)值和實(shí)際指導(dǎo)意義。 最后,本研究不可避免的還存在一些不足之處,希望后續(xù)研究給予完善補(bǔ)充。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis and summarization of the current campus resource management system, this study puts forward a more suitable way for the coordinated management of university educational resources, based on the analysis and summary of the current campus resource management system, based on the latest grid technology. Educational grid, which is an efficient grid structure, is used efficiently, and some suggestions are put forward for the establishment and perfection of educational grid in the future. For this reason, this paper firstly reorganizes the relevant documents and introduces the grid technology in detail. Then, taking an existing educational administration management system as an example, this paper analyzes the use of major functional modules, such as student status management, charge management, registration management, course selection management, course scheduling management, etc. The disadvantages of the traditional resource management are summarized, which mainly lie in the inactivity of heterogeneous data and huge computing requirements. Then a more advantageous educational grid of management mode is proposed, and its theoretical structure is explained. Finally, this paper puts forward some feasible concrete measures for the establishment of educational grid and its preparatory work, and makes some suggestions in principle from the aspects of management coordination mechanism, safety supervision mechanism, security mechanism and evaluation mechanism, etc. This research has some innovation in research angle, theory and practice, which is reflected in: From the angle of view: based on the traditional decision support system (DSS), based on the current situation of campus resource management in colleges and universities, using the latest grid technology, A grid framework suitable for the coordinated and efficient use of all kinds of educational resources in colleges and universities is constructed. The perspective of research is relatively unique. Theoretical aspects: this research breaks through the traditional resource management mode and combines the latest grid technology to bring new development opportunities and approaches to the old campus management concept theoretically. The basic principles and corresponding countermeasures of applying grid technology to campus resource management in colleges and universities are discussed, and the theory of campus resource management is deepened. Practical aspect: this research pays attention to integrating theory with practice, because there are practical needs in daily scientific research, teaching and management activities in colleges and universities, this paper can provide an effective way to solve this problem. It has certain practical application value and practical guiding significance. Finally, there are some inadequacies in this study.
