【摘要】：醫(yī)德教育是一名醫(yī)生具有良好醫(yī)學(xué)道德品質(zhì)的必要條件，提高醫(yī)德教育效果和醫(yī)德教育水平是實現(xiàn)我國構(gòu)建和諧醫(yī)患關(guān)系的重要途徑。為此，越來越多的人開始關(guān)注醫(yī)學(xué)院校的醫(yī)德教育和醫(yī)德教育評價問題。如“醫(yī)德教育的價值何在？”，“醫(yī)德教育評價的依據(jù)是什么？”，“醫(yī)德教育評價的主客體及其關(guān)系怎樣？”，“醫(yī)德教育評價的具體指標(biāo)改如何確定？”等一系列基礎(chǔ)理論與實踐應(yīng)用問題。 本文堅持馬克思主義的基本立場、觀點與方法，以馬克思主義哲學(xué)價值論、認(rèn)識論等理論為指導(dǎo)，從醫(yī)德教育評價的邏輯起點（醫(yī)德教育的價值）出發(fā)，，梳理我國古代歷史關(guān)于醫(yī)德教育評價的思想資源，借鑒教育評價、心理學(xué)等理論，并結(jié)合歷史背景和當(dāng)前的現(xiàn)實情況對醫(yī)德教育評價的本質(zhì)、特點、過程、原則和基本規(guī)律等基礎(chǔ)理論問題和如何確定醫(yī)德教育評價指標(biāo)體系的實踐問題進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)、深入的研究。 界定醫(yī)德教育價值與醫(yī)德教育評價概念應(yīng)該是醫(yī)德教育評價理論研究的邏輯起點。只有準(zhǔn)確認(rèn)識了醫(yī)德教育的價值才能更好地理解和把握醫(yī)德教育評價的本質(zhì)及其內(nèi)涵。醫(yī)德教育評價的主體、客體以及二者之間的關(guān)系分析是醫(yī)德教育評價過程的關(guān)鍵要素。本文以哲學(xué)中主、客體研究成果為基礎(chǔ)，在多層面上界定了醫(yī)德教育評價主、客體的概念，并根據(jù)醫(yī)德教育評價活動的邏輯展開，論述了兩者的辯證關(guān)系。 本文經(jīng)過研究，總結(jié)出醫(yī)德教育評價的一般過程，并指出評價實施中要遵循科學(xué)性原則、客觀與公開公平公正原則、定性與定量結(jié)合原則、導(dǎo)向合理原則、實用可操作原則和系統(tǒng)綜合原則。在評價原則的基礎(chǔ)上介紹了醫(yī)德教育評價的一些基本方法。 最后，從一般方法論意義上分析了醫(yī)德教育評價的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，介紹了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)確立的原則和方法，并通過德爾菲法確定了醫(yī)德教育評價體系的一二三級指標(biāo)和權(quán)重，給出模型示例。
[Abstract]:Medical moral education is a necessary condition for a doctor to have good medical moral quality. It is an important way to construct harmonious doctor-patient relationship in China to improve the effect of medical moral education and the level of medical moral education. Therefore, more and more people begin to pay attention to medical ethics education and evaluation of medical ethics education. For example, "what is the value of medical moral education?", "what is the basis of the evaluation of medical ethics education?", "what is the subject and object of the evaluation of medical ethics education and its relationship?", "how to determine the specific indicators of the evaluation of medical ethics education?" And so on a series of basic theory and practical application problems. This paper adheres to the basic position, viewpoint and method of Marxism, guided by Marxist philosophical theory of value and epistemology, and proceeds from the logical starting point of medical moral education evaluation (the value of medical moral education). Combing the ideological resources of medical ethics education evaluation in ancient history of our country, drawing lessons from educational evaluation, psychology and other theories, combining with historical background and current reality, the essence, characteristics and process of medical ethics education evaluation are analyzed. The basic theoretical problems, such as principles and basic laws, and the practice of how to determine the evaluation index system of medical ethics education are studied systematically and deeply. Defining the value of medical ethics education and the concept of evaluation of medical ethics education should be the logical starting point for the study of medical ethics education evaluation theory. Only by accurately understanding the value of medical ethics education can we better understand and grasp the essence and connotation of medical moral education evaluation. The analysis of the subject, object and the relationship between the subject and object of the evaluation of medical ethics education is the key element of the evaluation process of medical ethics education. Based on the research results of subject and object in philosophy, this paper defines the concept of subject and object of medical moral education evaluation on many levels, and discusses the dialectical relationship between them according to the logic of evaluation activities of medical ethics education. This paper sums up the general process of the evaluation of medical ethics education, and points out that the evaluation should follow the principles of science, objectivity, fairness and fairness, combination of qualitative and quantitative principles, and guiding principle of reasonableness. Practical operational principle and system synthesis principle. On the basis of evaluation principle, this paper introduces some basic methods of medical ethics education evaluation. Finally, this paper analyzes the evaluation standard of medical ethics education in the sense of general methodology, introduces the principles and methods of establishing the standard, determines the index and weight of one, two and three levels of the evaluation system of medical ethics education by Delphi method, and gives an example of the model.
