【摘要】：英國(guó)高校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)狀況監(jiān)測(cè)運(yùn)行機(jī)制已經(jīng)比較完善,這一點(diǎn)可以從其監(jiān)測(cè)主體、監(jiān)測(cè)內(nèi)容和監(jiān)測(cè)流程三個(gè)維度窺見一斑。從就業(yè)狀況監(jiān)測(cè)的組織機(jī)構(gòu)來看,完善的各級(jí)組織機(jī)構(gòu)在監(jiān)測(cè)過程中各負(fù)其責(zé);監(jiān)測(cè)的主要內(nèi)容包括"高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)去向調(diào)查"項(xiàng)目和高等教育統(tǒng)計(jì)署監(jiān)測(cè)量表等;就業(yè)狀況監(jiān)測(cè)的操作流程包括數(shù)據(jù)采集、數(shù)據(jù)檢驗(yàn)與分析、狀況評(píng)價(jià)、監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果發(fā)布與使用。英國(guó)在高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)狀況監(jiān)測(cè)體制建設(shè)、監(jiān)測(cè)指標(biāo)和方法完善等方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)可以為我國(guó)建立高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)狀況監(jiān)測(cè)體系提供參考借鑒。
[Abstract]:The operational mechanism of monitoring the employment status of university graduates in Britain has been relatively perfect, which can be seen from the three dimensions of the monitoring body, monitoring content and monitoring process. From the point of view of the organizations monitoring the employment situation, the perfect organizations at all levels have their own responsibilities in the process of monitoring, the main contents of the monitoring include the Project of "Survey of the Employment of College graduates" and the Monitoring scale of the Statistical Office of higher Education, etc. The operation flow of employment condition monitoring includes data collection, data inspection and analysis, condition evaluation, release and use of monitoring results. Britain's experience in monitoring the employment status of university graduates, monitoring indicators and methods can provide a reference for the establishment of a monitoring system for the employment situation of college graduates in China.
