遼寧省大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)的系統(tǒng)仿真模型研究與分析

【摘要】:自二十世紀(jì)八十年代,創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)和創(chuàng)業(yè)者給經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展帶來(lái)了巨大的動(dòng)力,并且創(chuàng)業(yè)在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、推動(dòng)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化、促進(jìn)就業(yè)方面起到了重要的作用。近幾年來(lái),大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)越來(lái)越受到人們的關(guān)注,關(guān)于大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的研究也越來(lái)越多,但是,現(xiàn)有的研究主要集中于單個(gè)因素靜態(tài)研究,關(guān)于因素之間的動(dòng)態(tài)關(guān)系和運(yùn)行機(jī)理的研究比較薄弱,對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)影響因素存在地域差異缺乏認(rèn)識(shí)。 本文為提高大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)率和遼寧省政府制定創(chuàng)業(yè)政策提供軟科學(xué)支持,試圖揭示遼寧省大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)的運(yùn)行機(jī)理,因此,本文將創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)按照創(chuàng)業(yè)者分為三個(gè)階段進(jìn)行研究,采用系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)方法分析整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)生動(dòng)力和外生環(huán)境,并通過(guò)系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型將大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)因素進(jìn)行明確化和定量化,在VENSIM軟件中進(jìn)行模擬預(yù)測(cè)和政策分析。 本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容主要分為五部分:首先,介紹了本文的研究目的、研究?jī)?nèi)容和方法。第二,對(duì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的理論進(jìn)行梳理和分析,探討大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)影響因素。第三,結(jié)合理論和遼寧省的創(chuàng)業(yè)情況,確定遼寧省大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)的內(nèi)生變量和外變量,建立遼寧省大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)的系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型。第四,確定模型中的參數(shù),并對(duì)模型進(jìn)行模擬試驗(yàn)和政策分析。最后,結(jié)合模擬結(jié)果提出合理的建議。 通過(guò)模型模擬得出:創(chuàng)業(yè)教育對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)技能的影響系數(shù)和創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)平均生命周期是政策變量,二者分別反映了創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)生動(dòng)力和外生環(huán)境。在保持其他變量不變的情況下,增加其參數(shù)值,能更大幅度的提高成功創(chuàng)業(yè)者人數(shù)。
[Abstract]:Since 1980s, entrepreneurial activities and entrepreneurs have brought great impetus to the sustainable development of economy, and entrepreneurship has played an important role in technological innovation, promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and promoting employment.In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the entrepreneurship of college students, and more and more researches have been done on the entrepreneurship of college students. However, the existing researches mainly focus on the static studies of single factors.The research on the dynamic relationship and operation mechanism of the factors is relatively weak, and there is a lack of understanding of the regional differences of the influencing factors of entrepreneurial activities.This paper provides soft science support to improve the entrepreneurial rate of college students and Liaoning provincial government to formulate entrepreneurial policies, and tries to reveal the operating mechanism of entrepreneurial activities of college students in Liaoning Province. Therefore, this paper divides entrepreneurial activities into three stages according to entrepreneurs.The system dynamics method is used to analyze the endogenous power and exogenous environment of the whole system. Through the system dynamics model, the entrepreneurial factors of college students are defined and quantified, and the simulation prediction and policy analysis are carried out in VENSIM software.The research content of this paper is divided into five parts: firstly, the purpose, content and method of this paper are introduced.Second, combing and analyzing the theory of college students' entrepreneurship and discussing the influencing factors of college students' entrepreneurship.Thirdly, combined with the theory and the situation of the entrepreneurship in Liaoning Province, the endogenous and external variables of the entrepreneurial activities of the college students in Liaoning Province are determined, and the system dynamics model of the entrepreneurial activities of the college students in Liaoning Province is established.Fourth, determine the parameters of the model, and model simulation test and policy analysis.Finally, reasonable suggestions are put forward based on the simulation results.Through model simulation, it is concluded that the influence coefficient of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial skills and the average life cycle of entrepreneurial enterprises are policy variables, which reflect the endogenous motivation and exogenous environment of entrepreneurial activity system respectively.While keeping the other variables unchanged, increasing the value of its parameters can greatly increase the number of successful entrepreneurs.
