【摘要】：我國目前是世界工程建設(shè)大國，但卻不是工程建設(shè)強(qiáng)國，這與我國科技人員創(chuàng)新能力不足有很大關(guān)系。導(dǎo)致這一問題的原因很多，其中的一個(gè)重要原因涉及高等工程教育領(lǐng)域，從根本上說是我國高等工程教育理念存在問題。 以往對(duì)工程教育存在問題的研究，只限于技術(shù)層面，缺乏對(duì)問題背后哲學(xué)本質(zhì)的探討，，本文基于當(dāng)今我國高等工程教育發(fā)展過程中存在的問題，從工程教育理念出發(fā)，對(duì)高等工程教育進(jìn)行分析，利用主導(dǎo)要素分析法梳理出隨著工程教育歷史的發(fā)展我國存在的幾種主導(dǎo)的工程教育理念：民國時(shí)期的實(shí)用主義的工程教育理念、建國初期的技治主義的工程教育理念以及當(dāng)前科學(xué)主義的工程教育理念。這幾種工程教育理念的產(chǎn)生都有其時(shí)代背景，對(duì)當(dāng)時(shí)乃至現(xiàn)在的工程教育都產(chǎn)生了重要的影響。論文最后認(rèn)為，初見端倪的高等工程教育理念構(gòu)建，主要是基于理想主義的技治科學(xué)主義多元理念、基于現(xiàn)實(shí)主義的科學(xué)技治主義多元理念和“自然-科技-社會(huì)”依存和作用的大工程理念，并從拔尖人才培養(yǎng)、卓越工程師計(jì)劃和工程教育觀的轉(zhuǎn)型三方面做了具體的闡釋。 工程教育理念是對(duì)高等工程教育的理性認(rèn)識(shí)與哲學(xué)反思，它是從整體、系統(tǒng)和一般的角度思考我國高等工程教育中存在的問題。加強(qiáng)對(duì)我國高等工程教育理念的研究，既有利于校正高等工程教育中的偏差，又有利于促進(jìn)高等工程教育的改革與發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:China is a large country in engineering construction in the world, but it is not a powerful country in engineering construction, which is related to the lack of innovation ability of Chinese scientific and technological personnel.There are many reasons leading to this problem, one of which is related to the field of higher engineering education, which is fundamentally due to the existence of problems in the concept of higher engineering education in China.In the past, the research on the existing problems of engineering education was limited to the technical level, lacking the discussion of the philosophical essence behind the problems. Based on the problems existing in the development of higher engineering education in our country, this paper starts from the concept of engineering education.This paper analyzes the higher engineering education, combs out several dominant engineering education ideas with the development of engineering education history: the practical engineering education idea of the Republic of China.At the beginning of the founding of the people's Republic of China, the idea of engineering education of technocracy and the idea of engineering education of current scientism.The emergence of these engineering education concepts has its own background, and has had an important impact on the engineering education at that time and even now.Finally, the paper thinks that the construction of the idea of higher engineering education is mainly based on the idealistic pluralistic idea of science and technology.On the basis of the pluralistic concept of scientific technology and governance of realism and the big engineering idea of "nature, science, technology and society", this paper makes a concrete explanation from the following three aspects: the training of outstanding talents, the transformation of the excellent engineer plan and the view of engineering education.The concept of engineering education is a reflection on the rational understanding and philosophy of higher engineering education. It is a reflection on the problems existing in higher engineering education in China from the whole, systematic and general angles.Strengthening the research on the concept of higher engineering education in China is not only conducive to correcting the deviation in higher engineering education, but also conducive to promoting the reform and development of higher engineering education.
