【摘要】：校園文化建設(shè)是學(xué)校整體工作的重要組成部分,也是學(xué)校綜合辦學(xué)水平的重要標(biāo)志之一,對(duì)豐富師生校園生活、陶冶師生情操具有重要的作用。校園行為文化在校園文化的總體建設(shè)中居于核心地位,有著極為突出的作用。它既是校園人行為方式、人際關(guān)系的動(dòng)態(tài)體現(xiàn),也是學(xué)校精神和辦學(xué)理念的外在表現(xiàn)。加強(qiáng)高校校園行為文化建設(shè),不但對(duì)開拓師生員工的視野、提高師生員工的文化品德具有重要的促進(jìn)作用,而且對(duì)學(xué)校整體發(fā)展及對(duì)社會(huì)的影響都將具有積極的作用。同比加強(qiáng)校園行為文化建設(shè)的研究,具有非常重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文共分五個(gè)部分。導(dǎo)論主要說明選題的背景、意義及研究現(xiàn)狀、研究思路方法。第一章簡(jiǎn)要敘述了高校校園文化的產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展,并闡述了高校校園行為文化內(nèi)涵、特征、地位和作用。第二章敘述當(dāng)前高校校園行為文化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀、取得的成績(jī)和存在的問題,并剖析問題產(chǎn)生的原因。第三章敘述加強(qiáng)高校校園行為文化建設(shè)的理念和原則,以提供理論上的指導(dǎo)。第四章是本論文的重點(diǎn),主要探討了加強(qiáng)校園行為文化建設(shè)的思路和一系列具體途徑,力圖推動(dòng)高校校園行為文化持續(xù)快速健康的發(fā)展,并促進(jìn)校園文化的整體進(jìn)步和發(fā)展。 總之,高校校園行為文化是學(xué)校精神和理念的折射,也是學(xué)校整體實(shí)力的體現(xiàn)。加強(qiáng)高校校園行為文化建設(shè),力圖營(yíng)造積極向上、生動(dòng)活潑、品位高雅的校園環(huán)境,使師生員工心情愉悅、奮發(fā)有為,進(jìn)而全面提升學(xué)校的品位和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:The construction of campus culture is an important part of the overall work of the school, and also one of the important symbols of the comprehensive school running level. It plays an important role in enriching the campus life of teachers and students and in shaping the sentiment of teachers and students.Campus behavior culture plays an important role in the overall construction of campus culture.It is not only the dynamic embodiment of campus people's behavior and interpersonal relationship, but also the external expression of school spirit and school idea.Strengthening the construction of campus behavior culture not only plays an important role in promoting the development of the whole school and the society, but also plays an important role in promoting the visual field of teachers and students and improving the cultural character of teachers and students.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the construction of campus behavior culture.This paper is divided into five parts.The introduction mainly explains the background, significance and research status of the topic.The first chapter briefly describes the emergence and development of campus culture, and expounds the connotation, characteristics, status and role of campus behavior culture.The second chapter describes the current situation of campus behavior culture construction, achievements and problems, and analyzes the causes of the problems.The third chapter describes the ideas and principles of strengthening campus behavior culture construction to provide theoretical guidance.The fourth chapter is the focal point of this thesis, mainly discusses the thought and a series of concrete ways to strengthen the campus behavior culture construction, tries hard to promote the university campus behavior culture to develop continuously, quickly and healthily, and promotes the campus culture the overall progress and the development.In a word, campus behavior culture is the reflection of school spirit and idea, and also the embodiment of school's overall strength.Strengthening the construction of campus behavior culture, trying to create a positive, lively, elegant campus environment, so that teachers and students happy mood, work hard to promote the school's taste and competitiveness.
