【摘要】：“創(chuàng)新是一個(gè)民族進(jìn)步的靈魂，是一個(gè)國(guó)家興旺發(fā)達(dá)的不竭動(dòng)力�！痹诮�(jīng)濟(jì)全球化背景下，知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展，科技是第一生產(chǎn)力，科技的本質(zhì)就是創(chuàng)新，創(chuàng)新已經(jīng)成為國(guó)家間經(jīng)濟(jì)、科技競(jìng)爭(zhēng)勝負(fù)的決定因素。創(chuàng)業(yè)是創(chuàng)新的實(shí)踐過(guò)程。大學(xué)生擁有廣博的專業(yè)知識(shí)和活躍的創(chuàng)新思維，創(chuàng)新潛力無(wú)限，又希望自己主宰自己的命運(yùn)，是創(chuàng)業(yè)群體當(dāng)中的一顆明星。另外，伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)的跌宕起伏，大眾化教育背景下，，大學(xué)畢業(yè)生數(shù)量的剛性供給，造成大學(xué)生就業(yè)壓力不斷增大，為大學(xué)生就業(yè)尋找新的出路迫在眉睫。自主創(chuàng)業(yè)作為一種新的就業(yè)模式，逐漸映入大學(xué)生眼簾，其既能解決大學(xué)生就業(yè)又能創(chuàng)造新的就業(yè)崗位的特點(diǎn)，使其具有很高的研究?jī)r(jià)值。 本文在大學(xué)生就業(yè)難和國(guó)家支持自主創(chuàng)業(yè)的背景下，借鑒國(guó)外研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)，梳理國(guó)內(nèi)研究成果，分析大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的內(nèi)涵和特點(diǎn)，并對(duì)大學(xué)生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)的環(huán)境進(jìn)行全面的SWOT分析，找出大學(xué)生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)和機(jī)遇挑戰(zhàn)；第三部分，闡述了大學(xué)生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)的相關(guān)就業(yè)理論，并對(duì)大學(xué)生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了描述統(tǒng)計(jì)分析，分析影響大學(xué)生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)的主要因素。結(jié)果表明，大學(xué)生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)過(guò)程中主要的問(wèn)題來(lái)自大學(xué)生、高校、政府和社會(huì)四方面，表現(xiàn)為，資金、創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)、就業(yè)觀念、創(chuàng)業(yè)定位、家庭背景等自身問(wèn)題；還有高校對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)教育重視不夠，創(chuàng)業(yè)指導(dǎo)服務(wù)不完善，教學(xué)方式有待革新，專業(yè)設(shè)置不合理等；政府對(duì)于大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)扶持政策不統(tǒng)一，扶持力度不夠大，缺乏專門的負(fù)責(zé)部門，融資渠道單一，融資環(huán)境有待改善等；社會(huì)對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)支持氛圍不夠濃厚等。 在分析大學(xué)生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)各方面情況的基礎(chǔ)上，探索大學(xué)生成功創(chuàng)業(yè)的基本模式選擇和對(duì)策，即創(chuàng)建新企業(yè)，加盟連鎖和概念創(chuàng)新模式，并從大學(xué)生、高校、政府和社會(huì)四個(gè)視角提出了對(duì)策建議。希望能夠?yàn)榇髮W(xué)生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)和政府出臺(tái)相關(guān)政策提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:"Innovation is the soul of a nation's progress and the inexhaustible driving force of a country's prosperity."Under the background of economic globalization, with the rapid development of knowledge economy, science and technology is the first productive force, the essence of science and technology is innovation, innovation has become the decisive factor of economic and technological competition among countries.Entrepreneurship is a practical process of innovation.College students have extensive professional knowledge, active innovative thinking, unlimited innovation potential, but also hope to dominate their own destiny, is a star in the entrepreneurial community.In addition, with the ups and downs of the economic situation, under the background of mass education, the rigid supply of the number of college graduates, resulting in the increasing pressure of employment of college students, it is urgent to find a new way out for the employment of college students.As a new employment mode, self-employment has gradually come into the eyes of college students. It can not only solve the characteristics of college students' employment but also create new jobs, which makes it of high research value.Under the background of difficult employment of college students and the support of the state, this paper draws lessons from foreign research experience, combs the domestic research results, analyzes the connotation and characteristics of college students' entrepreneurship, and makes a comprehensive SWOT analysis on the environment of college students' independent entrepreneurship.Find out the advantages and disadvantages of college students' independent entrepreneurship and the opportunities and challenges. The third part expounds the employment theory of college students' independent entrepreneurship, and describes and analyzes the current situation of college students' independent entrepreneurship.This paper analyzes the main factors that affect college students' independent entrepreneurship.The results show that the main problems in the process of college students' self-employment come from four aspects: college students, colleges and universities, government and society. The main problems are: capital, entrepreneurial quality, employment concept, entrepreneurial orientation, family background and so on.There is also a lack of attention to entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, imperfect guidance services for entrepreneurship, teaching methods to be reformed, unreasonable professional settings, and so on; the government does not have a unified policy on entrepreneurship support for college students, the support is not strong enough, and there is a lack of specialized responsible departments.The financing channel is single, the financing environment needs to be improved and so on.On the basis of analyzing all aspects of college students' independent entrepreneurship, this paper explores the basic mode selection and countermeasures of college students' successful entrepreneurship, that is, to establish new enterprises, join chains and conceptual innovation models, and start from college students and universities.The government and the society four angles of view put forward the countermeasure suggestion.I hope to provide some reference for college students to start their own businesses and the government to issue relevant policies.
