大學(xué)生弱勢群體對策探究

【摘要】:隨著我國市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和改革的進(jìn)一步深入,經(jīng)濟(jì)社會進(jìn)入了全面轉(zhuǎn)型期。在轉(zhuǎn)型過程中,社會發(fā)展過程中不可避免地會出現(xiàn)一些問題。由于地區(qū)之間、城鄉(xiāng)之間、行業(yè)之間、社會各階層之間的收入差距進(jìn)一步加大,社會上形成了一部分物質(zhì)生活匱乏、政治社會地位低下、社會競爭能力弱的群體,即朱昒基總理在2002年3月5日九屆人大五次會議上所作的政府工作報(bào)告中提出的“弱勢群體”。弱勢群體目前已成為社會普遍關(guān)注的一個問題。近年來,伴隨著社會發(fā)展不均衡問題的出現(xiàn)、1993年開始的高校擴(kuò)招政策的進(jìn)一步推行以及高校教育體制改革的深化,高校大學(xué)生弱勢群體問題也越來越突出,給我國高校教育提出了更大的挑戰(zhàn),也引起了社會的廣泛關(guān)注。大學(xué)生弱勢群體問題不僅表現(xiàn)為物質(zhì)生活的匱乏,更表現(xiàn)為心理問題的普遍性和嚴(yán)重性,表現(xiàn)為對國家人才儲備、高校的生存和發(fā)展以及社會穩(wěn)定的廣泛影響。作為高校素質(zhì)教育的核心和靈魂的思想政治教育對于我們解決高校大學(xué)生弱勢問題是非常重要的,因此,本文努力通過大學(xué)生弱勢群體概念的分析、原因、現(xiàn)狀和負(fù)面影響的分析,使大家了解大學(xué)生弱勢群體問題的來龍去脈,認(rèn)識大學(xué)生思想政治教育對于這一問題的重要性和目前大學(xué)生思想政治教育中存在的問題和不足,針對不斷出現(xiàn)的新情況,尋找切實(shí)可行的措施和途徑,以此來促進(jìn)我國高校教育的穩(wěn)定和發(fā)展。 本文總體分三部分來論證大學(xué)生弱勢群體問題。第一部分介紹相關(guān)概念和理論支持。這部分首先從社會發(fā)展的角度界定了社會弱勢群體的概念,然后引申出大學(xué)生弱勢群體的涵義。這部分重點(diǎn)對大學(xué)生弱勢群體的概念、分類和負(fù)面影響進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和分析。第二部分主要分析了大學(xué)生弱勢群體的現(xiàn)狀和這一問題產(chǎn)生的原因,F(xiàn)狀的分析從經(jīng)濟(jì)弱勢、身心弱勢、地位弱勢、就業(yè)弱勢幾個主要方面入手。對原因的分析主要從經(jīng)濟(jì)原因、家庭原因、主觀原因、社會環(huán)境原因、學(xué)校教育問題原因五個方面入手。第三部分主要尋找高校大學(xué)生弱勢群體問題的解決對策。這部分從構(gòu)建和諧的社會氛圍、尋求有效的高校學(xué)生思想政治教育模式、激發(fā)弱勢大學(xué)生接受思想政治教育的內(nèi)在動力三個大方面入手,并在每個大方面下分幾個小部分將解決措施具體細(xì)化,提出了具有針對性和可操作性的方法。這部分是本文的重點(diǎn)和目的。 現(xiàn)在形勢下,國家之間的競爭是人才的競爭,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會建設(shè)更需要提高人才的綜合素質(zhì),大學(xué)生作為國家未來的棟梁,弱勢群體問題的出現(xiàn)不可忽視。思想政治教育是素質(zhì)教育的核心和靈魂,對于解決大學(xué)生弱勢群體問題至關(guān)重要,但探索思想政治教育在這一問題解決中的運(yùn)用的文章還不多,本文試圖將思想政治教育運(yùn)用于具體地解決措施中,發(fā)揮其特有的作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of our market economy and the further deepening of reform, the economic society has entered a full-scale transformation period.In the process of transformation, some problems will inevitably appear in the process of social development.As the income gap between regions, between urban and rural areas, between industries and among social strata has further widened, a part of the society has formed a group with a lack of material life, low political and social status, and weak social competitiveness.This is the "vulnerable group" put forward in the government work report made by Premier Zhu Yuji at the fifth session of the Ninth National people's Congress on March 5, 2002.At present, the vulnerable groups have become a general concern of the society.In recent years, with the emergence of the unbalanced social development, the further implementation of the policy of enrollment expansion in colleges and universities, and the deepening of the reform of the education system, the problem of the disadvantaged groups of college students has become more and more prominent.Higher education in our country has put forward a greater challenge, but also caused widespread concern in society.The problem of college students' vulnerable groups is not only the lack of material life, but also the universality and seriousness of psychological problems, which has a wide influence on the national talent reserve, the survival and development of colleges and universities and social stability.Ideological and political education, which is the core and soul of quality education in colleges and universities, is very important for us to solve the vulnerable problem of college students.The analysis of the present situation and the negative influence makes us understand the background of the problem of the underprivileged groups of college students, the importance of the ideological and political education of college students to this problem and the problems and shortcomings in the ideological and political education of college students at present.In order to promote the stability and development of higher education in our country, we seek practical measures and ways to promote the development of higher education.This article is divided into three parts to demonstrate the vulnerable groups of college students.The first part introduces the related concepts and theoretical support.This part first defines the concept of social vulnerable groups from the perspective of social development, and then extends the meaning of vulnerable groups of college students.This part summarizes and analyzes the concept, classification and negative effects of the disadvantaged groups of college students.The second part mainly analyzes the current situation of the disadvantaged groups of college students and the causes of this problem.The analysis of the present situation starts from several main aspects of economic weakness, physical and mental weakness, status weakness and employment weakness.The causes are mainly analyzed from five aspects: economic reason, family reason, subjective reason, social environment reason and school education problem.The third part mainly looks for the solutions to the problem of the disadvantaged groups of college students.This part starts with three major aspects: constructing harmonious social atmosphere, seeking effective mode of ideological and political education for college students, and motivating disadvantaged college students to accept ideological and political education.At the same time, the measures are divided into several parts in each big aspect, and some specific and operable methods are put forward.This part is the focus and purpose of this paper.Under the present situation, the competition between the countries is the competition of talents, the economic and social construction of our country needs to improve the comprehensive quality of talents more, college students as the pillars of the country in the future, the emergence of vulnerable groups can not be ignored.Ideological and political education is the core and soul of quality education, which is very important to solve the problem of college students' vulnerable groups. However, there are few articles exploring the application of ideological and political education in solving this problem.This paper attempts to apply ideological and political education to concrete measures to play its unique role.
