【摘要】：導(dǎo)師制作為一項(xiàng)基礎(chǔ)的本科教學(xué)制度,為牛津大學(xué)教學(xué)質(zhì)量的提升提供了有力保障。在牛津大學(xué),導(dǎo)師制是伴隨著學(xué)院的建立和發(fā)展而逐漸形成的。學(xué)院的形成是導(dǎo)師教學(xué)得以產(chǎn)生的基本前提,學(xué)院的本科化發(fā)展促使導(dǎo)師教學(xué)向制度化模式轉(zhuǎn)變。伴隨本科生數(shù)量的快速增長,各學(xué)院普遍實(shí)施了導(dǎo)師制。
[Abstract]:Tutor production is a basic undergraduate teaching system, and provides a strong guarantee for the improvement of teaching quality in Oxford University.At Oxford University, the tutoring system was gradually formed with the establishment and development of the college.The formation of colleges is the basic premise of the emergence of tutors' teaching, and the undergraduate development of the colleges promotes the transformation of tutors' teaching to the institutionalized mode.With the rapid growth of the number of undergraduate students, colleges have generally implemented the tutorial system.
