【摘要】：吸引外國留學(xué)生來華留學(xué)，是我國加強人文領(lǐng)域?qū)ν饨涣髋c合作、促進我國與世界各國實現(xiàn)和諧發(fā)展，構(gòu)建和諧世界的重要措施，也是北京打造國際活動聚集之都和世界高端人才聚集之都的重要內(nèi)容。 完善國際友好城市網(wǎng)絡(luò)，構(gòu)建立體化的城市對外交往格局，以及改進與加強對在京外籍人員的管理與服務(wù)，，優(yōu)化社會面的涉外環(huán)境，則是北京市在建設(shè)中國特色世界城市過程中需要優(yōu)先開展的工作。 以留學(xué)生為代表的青年人文國際交流已經(jīng)成為輔助國家外交和促進友好城市務(wù)實交流的重要組成部分。外國來京留學(xué)生作為在京常駐外籍人口的最大構(gòu)成群體，改進并增強對該群體的管理與服務(wù)工作，對于北京建設(shè)打造國際活動聚集之都和世界高端人才聚集之都具有十分重要的意義。 本文回顧了在京外國留學(xué)生管理的簡要歷史、總結(jié)了當(dāng)前北京市外國留學(xué)生管理的特點并分析了其中的不足之處，對將來的發(fā)展趨勢進行了展望并提出了建議。
[Abstract]:Attracting foreign students to study in China is an important measure for China to strengthen exchanges and cooperation in the humanities, promote the harmonious development between China and the rest of the world, and build a harmonious world.It is also an important part of Beijing's efforts to build a capital of international events and a world capital of high-end talent.To improve the international network of friendly cities, to construct a three-dimensional pattern of urban exchanges with foreign countries, to improve and strengthen the management and service of expatriates in Beijing, and to optimize the social and foreign environment.It is a priority for Beijing to build a world city with Chinese characteristics.The international exchange of young people, represented by foreign students, has become an important part of supporting national diplomacy and promoting practical exchanges in friendly cities.As the largest component of the resident foreign population in Beijing, foreign students in Beijing have improved and strengthened their management and services to this group,It is of great significance for Beijing to build the capital of international activities and the gathering of high-end talents in the world.This paper reviews the brief history of the management of foreign students in Beijing, summarizes the characteristics of the management of foreign students in Beijing at present, analyzes its shortcomings, and looks forward to the development trend in the future and puts forward some suggestions.
