【摘要】：隨著美國(guó)高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理的發(fā)展,1979年美國(guó)成立高等教育標(biāo)準(zhǔn)促進(jìn)委員會(huì),其主要職能是為學(xué)生事務(wù)管理制定專業(yè)化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。專業(yè)化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)使學(xué)生事務(wù)管理相關(guān)理論得到全面有效的實(shí)踐,又從實(shí)踐上促進(jìn)學(xué)生事務(wù)管理理論的發(fā)展,同時(shí)通過理論和實(shí)踐使學(xué)生事務(wù)管理工作者向個(gè)體專業(yè)化發(fā)展,從而不斷促進(jìn)美國(guó)高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理的專業(yè)化進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:With the development of student affairs management in American colleges and universities, the higher Education Standards Promotion Committee was set up in 1979, whose main function is to set professional standards for student affairs management.The professional standard makes the relevant theories of student affairs management fully and effectively put into practice, and promotes the development of student affairs management theory in practice. At the same time, through theory and practice, the student affairs management workers develop to individual specialization.So as to promote the professional process of student affairs management in American colleges and universities.
