以卓越工程師培養(yǎng)為導(dǎo)向改革物理實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)的研究

【摘要】:論文綜合論述了發(fā)達(dá)國家培養(yǎng)卓越工程師的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)和方法和物理實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)與方法,綜合論述了國內(nèi)物理實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀與改革。探討了物理實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)在卓越工程師培養(yǎng)過程中的地位與作用,指出物理實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)是卓越工程師培養(yǎng)過程中的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié)。 針對卓越工程師的培養(yǎng)、物理實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀、物理實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)和卓越工程師培養(yǎng)的關(guān)系、以卓越工程師教育培養(yǎng)為導(dǎo)向的物理實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)改革等問題進(jìn)行了問卷調(diào)查。首先,發(fā)現(xiàn)一些存在的問題:相對于卓越工程師教育培養(yǎng)的需要,大學(xué)物理實(shí)驗(yàn)師資隊(duì)伍專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)上單一,缺乏工程技術(shù)知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn),科研創(chuàng)新能力有待進(jìn)一步提高。師生對卓越工程師教育培養(yǎng)的認(rèn)識(shí)程度不夠,能夠認(rèn)識(shí)到以“挑戰(zhàn)杯”為代表的各種大學(xué)生課外科技創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐活動(dòng)的重要性,但是參與的積極性和主動(dòng)性亟待提高。其次,得到一些對教學(xué)改革有參考價(jià)值的師生的意見:把物理實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)和學(xué)生課外科技創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐活動(dòng)相結(jié)合,把物理實(shí)驗(yàn)室建設(shè)成學(xué)生課外科技創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐活動(dòng)基地對卓越工程師的教育培養(yǎng)具有積極意義,并將受到師生的歡迎,開展物理實(shí)驗(yàn)雙語教學(xué)有助于卓越工程師的教育培養(yǎng),在教學(xué)中引入物理學(xué)原理在工程技術(shù)中的應(yīng)用知識(shí)有助于卓越工程師的教育培養(yǎng)等。 從發(fā)達(dá)國家的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與做法、教育學(xué)和心理學(xué)的理論以及學(xué)校的政策措施出發(fā)論述了把物理實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)和學(xué)生課外科技創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐活動(dòng)相結(jié)合的可行性和積極意義。并提出五條切實(shí)可行的方法:(1)結(jié)合物理實(shí)驗(yàn)課程的教學(xué)內(nèi)容設(shè)立實(shí)驗(yàn)儀器的研制和改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目;(2)把綜合設(shè)計(jì)性實(shí)驗(yàn)和課外科技創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目有機(jī)地結(jié)合起來;(3)把大學(xué)物理實(shí)驗(yàn)室建設(shè)成學(xué)生課外科技創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐活動(dòng)基地;(4)利用物理實(shí)驗(yàn)室的儀器設(shè)備組織學(xué)生開展產(chǎn)學(xué)研活動(dòng);(5)利用物理實(shí)驗(yàn)室開展學(xué)生科技競賽活動(dòng)。 針對物理實(shí)驗(yàn)師資隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)問題,提出切實(shí)可行的解決方案:建立一支長期的相對穩(wěn)定的由青年博士組成的編外物理實(shí)驗(yàn)教師隊(duì)伍,以滿足卓越工程師教育培養(yǎng)的需要。 對物理實(shí)驗(yàn)雙語教學(xué)進(jìn)行了深入研究,指出目前開展大學(xué)物理實(shí)驗(yàn)課程雙語教學(xué)面臨的問題及解決問題的切實(shí)可行的對策:組織翻譯制作計(jì)算機(jī)多媒體雙語教材等;建立“大學(xué)物理實(shí)驗(yàn)”雙語教學(xué)網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái);利用編外的具有博士學(xué)位的年青教師在卓越班開展雙語教學(xué)的嘗試等。研究工作為物理實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)改革提供有價(jià)值的參考。
[Abstract]:This paper synthetically discusses the successful experience and method of cultivating outstanding engineers in developed countries and the successful experience and method of physics experiment teaching, and the present situation and reform of physics experiment teaching in China.This paper discusses the position and function of physics experiment teaching in the process of training outstanding engineers, and points out that physics experiment teaching is an important link in the process of training outstanding engineers.Aiming at the training of outstanding engineers, the present situation of physics experiment teaching, the relationship between physics experiment teaching and excellent engineer training, and the reform of physics experiment teaching oriented by excellent engineer education, a questionnaire survey was carried out.First of all, some problems are found: compared with the needs of the education and training of outstanding engineers, the professional structure of college physics experiment teachers is single, lacking of engineering technical knowledge and experience, and the ability of scientific research and innovation needs to be further improved.Teachers and students do not know enough about the education and training of outstanding engineers, and can realize the importance of the extracurricular scientific and technological innovation practice activities of college students represented by the "Challenge Cup", but the enthusiasm and initiative of participation need to be improved urgently.Secondly, some suggestions of teachers and students with reference value to the teaching reform are obtained: the combination of physics experiment teaching and students' extracurricular scientific and technological innovation practice,The establishment of physics laboratory as a practical base for students' extracurricular scientific and technological innovation is of positive significance to the education and training of outstanding engineers, and will be welcomed by teachers and students. Bilingual teaching of physics experiments is helpful to the education and training of outstanding engineers.The introduction of the application knowledge of physics principles in engineering technology is helpful to the education and training of outstanding engineers and so on.Based on the experiences and practices of developed countries, the theories of pedagogy and psychology, and the policies and measures of schools, this paper discusses the feasibility and positive significance of combining physics experiment teaching with students' extracurricular scientific and technological innovation practice.It also puts forward five feasible methods: 1) combining the teaching content of physics experiment course to set up the experimental instrument development and improvement project, and combining the comprehensive design experiment with the extracurricular science and technology innovation practice project organically, and then combines the comprehensive design experiment with the extracurricular science and technology innovation practice project.The physics laboratory is built into the practice base of students' extracurricular scientific and technological innovation. 4) using the instrument and equipment of the physics laboratory to organize the students to carry out the activities of producing, studying and researching. 5) using the physics laboratory to develop the activities of students' scientific and technological competition.Aiming at the construction of physics experiment teachers, a feasible solution is put forward: to set up a long-term, relatively stable team of physics experiment teachers composed of young doctors, in order to meet the needs of the education and training of outstanding engineers.This paper makes an in-depth study on bilingual teaching of physics experiments and points out the problems faced by bilingual teaching in college physics experiment courses and the practical countermeasures to solve these problems: organizing the translation of computer multimedia bilingual teaching materials and so on;The bilingual teaching network platform of "University Physics experiment" is set up, and the attempt of bilingual teaching in excellent class is made by using the young teachers with doctorate degree.The research work provides a valuable reference for the reform of physics experiment teaching.
