【摘要】：微格教學(xué)技能評(píng)價(jià)自成體系,在國(guó)內(nèi)有一套廣泛應(yīng)用的評(píng)價(jià)模式,但還存在師范生形成性評(píng)價(jià)不足、指導(dǎo)教師評(píng)價(jià)反饋匱乏等問(wèn)題；而在教學(xué)反思和課堂研究領(lǐng)域,國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究者開(kāi)始較多地應(yīng)用視頻分析工具輔助教學(xué)反思和課堂觀察。本研究嘗試將視頻分析工具和微格教學(xué)技能評(píng)價(jià)相結(jié)合作為研究切入點(diǎn),利用視頻分析工具輔助微格教學(xué)技能的可視化分析與反思,旨在初步培養(yǎng)師范生的觀察與反思能力,嘗試構(gòu)建微格教學(xué)技能評(píng)價(jià)新型形式。 整個(gè)研究過(guò)程,主要包括文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研、工具梳理、方案構(gòu)建、實(shí)踐探索等四個(gè)階段,首先,從微格教學(xué)技能評(píng)價(jià)、教學(xué)反思和課堂觀察等三個(gè)方面展開(kāi)文獻(xiàn)綜述,闡述相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究現(xiàn)狀。其次,對(duì)現(xiàn)有的視頻分析工具進(jìn)行研究,詳細(xì)介紹、梳理了分析研究型、常規(guī)應(yīng)用型、獨(dú)具特色型等3類共16款視頻分析工具,并從標(biāo)注方式、分析框架、網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)作、檢索與分析等4個(gè)方面對(duì)上述工具的功能進(jìn)行比較,最終選定了ANVIL作為本研究采用的視頻分析工具。然后,從微格教學(xué)技能評(píng)價(jià)存在的不足出發(fā),針對(duì)微格教學(xué)技能評(píng)價(jià)中存在的形成性評(píng)價(jià)不足、教師評(píng)價(jià)反饋匱乏等問(wèn)題,結(jié)合ANVIL的功能,重新設(shè)計(jì)適合視頻分析的微格技能評(píng)價(jià)框架和具體的微格視頻可視化分析方案,以此構(gòu)建“ANVIL在微格教學(xué)技能評(píng)價(jià)中的應(yīng)用方案”。最后,將上述設(shè)計(jì)的“ANVIL在微格教學(xué)技能評(píng)價(jià)中的應(yīng)用方案”通過(guò)案例進(jìn)行實(shí)踐探索,基本驗(yàn)證了設(shè)計(jì)方案的可行性與有效性。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of microteaching skills has its own system and has a set of widely used evaluation models in China, but there are still some problems such as insufficient formative evaluation of teachers' students and lack of feedback to guide teachers' evaluation, while in the field of teaching reflection and classroom research.Researchers at home and abroad began to use video analysis tools to assist teaching reflection and classroom observation.This study attempts to combine video analysis tools with microteaching skills evaluation as a breakthrough point of research, using video analysis tools to assist visual analysis and reflection of microteaching skills, in order to initially cultivate the students' ability of observation and reflection.This paper attempts to construct a new form of microteaching skills evaluation.The whole research process mainly includes four stages: literature investigation, tool combing, scheme construction and practice exploration. Firstly, literature review is carried out from three aspects: microteaching skill evaluation, teaching reflection and classroom observation.The current situation of research in related fields is described.Secondly, this paper studies the existing video analysis tools, introduces in detail, combs three kinds of video analysis tools, such as analytical research type, conventional application type, unique type, and so on, and from the annotation way, the analysis frame, the network cooperation, etc.Finally, ANVIL is selected as the video analysis tool in this study.Then, starting from the shortcomings of microteaching skills evaluation, aiming at the problems of insufficient formative evaluation and lack of feedback of teacher evaluation in microteaching skills evaluation, this paper combines the function of ANVIL.This paper redesigns the framework of microtechnical evaluation suitable for video analysis and the specific visual analysis scheme of microvideo, so as to construct the "application scheme of ANVIL in microteaching skills evaluation".Finally, the application of ANVIL in microteaching skill evaluation is explored by case study, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the design are verified.
