【摘要】:日本大學(xué)生就業(yè)援助即相關(guān)教育機構(gòu)及社會職業(yè)組織特別針對大學(xué)學(xué)生職業(yè)發(fā)展和就業(yè)能力培養(yǎng),旨在提升高校學(xué)生就業(yè)率和職業(yè)滿意度等指標而進行的綜合學(xué)生管理服務(wù)活動。就業(yè)援助作為日本學(xué)生援助體系中日趨重要的組成部分,特別在近年日本社會經(jīng)濟及就業(yè)環(huán)境高度變動的情況下,成為日本各級大學(xué)生職業(yè)及高等教育機構(gòu)的工作核心,呈現(xiàn)出一些突出的發(fā)展趨勢及走向,主要表現(xiàn)為:高校對就業(yè)援助的投入加強,成為援助活動主要承擔(dān)者;大學(xué)生整體對就業(yè)援助的需求增強;除就業(yè)服務(wù)本身外,加強就業(yè)活動引起的負效應(yīng)(教學(xué)空洞及心理危機)規(guī)避援助;除就業(yè)率外,關(guān)注大學(xué)生就業(yè)后職業(yè)支援以提升長期援助效度,包括控制短期離職,終生職業(yè)能力教育,就業(yè)后滿意度追蹤等具體方向。 根據(jù)對日本三所不同高校的就業(yè)援助案例分析可知,日本高校就業(yè)服務(wù)機構(gòu)旨在兼顧學(xué)生職業(yè)期望和社會需求,針對強職業(yè)期望學(xué)生群體努力實現(xiàn)二者匹配,在具體援助措施過程中逐步建立起在校生與就職后畢業(yè)生之間,教學(xué)與職業(yè)適應(yīng)之間的信息互促交換體系,促進就業(yè)援助和職業(yè)能力教育的多媒體化,加強就業(yè)后終生職業(yè)教育服務(wù),以及關(guān)注學(xué)生家庭對就業(yè)活動的了解和參與,試圖探索社會,高校,學(xué)生家庭,及學(xué)生本人對就業(yè)活動的協(xié)作投入和分擔(dān)。 伴隨日本高等教育改革,高校就業(yè)援助義務(wù)及投入增加,由高校作為援助活動主要承擔(dān)者的日本大學(xué)生援助活動開始呈現(xiàn)新的特征,包括高校職業(yè)形象的形成;職業(yè)能力教育與學(xué)科教育逐漸融合,教學(xué)與就職活動滲透交叉;高校對就業(yè)援助進行系統(tǒng)的評價監(jiān)控;隨著法人化改革,國公立高校更為關(guān)注其學(xué)生就業(yè)活動且呈現(xiàn)出一定的援助優(yōu)勢。 本文主要采用文獻研究和案例分析法,試圖對日本近年大學(xué)生就業(yè)援助活動的狀況及發(fā)展動向進行初步的討論和探索,以期對我國大學(xué)生職業(yè)素養(yǎng)培育,規(guī)避各類大學(xué)生就業(yè)困難,就業(yè)指導(dǎo)評價體系成熟,以及私立民辦高校加強就業(yè)指導(dǎo)影響力等方面問題提供些許借鑒。
[Abstract]:Japan's employment assistance for college students, that is, relevant educational institutions and social and vocational organizations, is especially aimed at the vocational development and employability development of university students.Comprehensive student management service activities aimed at improving the employment rate and job satisfaction of college students.Employment assistance, as an increasingly important part of the Japanese student assistance system, has become the core of the work of the vocational and higher education institutions of college students at all levels in Japan, especially in the light of the highly changing socio-economic and employment environment in Japan in recent years.There are some outstanding development trends and trends, mainly as follows: colleges and universities' investment in employment assistance is strengthened to become the main bearer of assistance activities; the overall demand for employment assistance of college students is increased; besides the employment service itself,Strengthen the negative effects of employment activities (teaching emptiness and psychological crisis) to avoid assistance; besides employment rate, pay attention to post-employment vocational support to enhance the effectiveness of long-term assistance, including controlling short-term employment, lifelong vocational ability education,Job satisfaction tracking and other specific directions.According to the case study of employment assistance in three different colleges and universities in Japan, the employment service institutions of Japanese colleges and universities aim at taking into account students' professional expectations and social needs, and strive to achieve a match between them for the students with strong vocational expectations.In the process of specific assistance measures, the information exchange system between college students and post-employment graduates, between teaching and vocational adaptation is gradually established, thus promoting the multi-media of employment assistance and vocational ability education.To strengthen the service of post-employment vocational education and to pay attention to the understanding and participation of students' families in employment activities, this paper attempts to explore the cooperative participation and sharing of society, colleges and universities, student families, and students themselves in employment activities.With the reform of higher education in Japan, the obligation and input of employment assistance to colleges and universities increase, and the aid activities of Japanese college students, as the main bearer of the aid activities, begin to take on new characteristics, including the formation of the professional image of colleges and universities.Vocational ability education and subject education gradually merge, teaching and employment activities permeate, colleges and universities carry out systematic evaluation and monitoring of employment assistance; along with the reform of legalization,National public universities pay more attention to their student employment activities and show some advantages of assistance.This article mainly uses the literature research and the case analysis method, attempts to carry on the preliminary discussion and the exploration to the Japanese university student employment assistance activity situation and the development trend in recent years, in order to cultivate our country university student profession accomplishment.To avoid all kinds of college students' employment difficulties, the evaluation system of employment guidance is mature, and private private colleges and universities to strengthen the impact of employment guidance and other aspects to provide some reference.
