【摘要】：思想政治教育不僅只是一門(mén)學(xué)科,也是一門(mén)科學(xué),同時(shí)更是一門(mén)藝術(shù)。思想政治教育是一項(xiàng)實(shí)踐性很強(qiáng)的社會(huì)活動(dòng),具有明確的目的,豐富的內(nèi)容,并將隨著社會(huì)的變化而不斷豐富和發(fā)展。但是,新的歷史時(shí)期,國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)環(huán)境都發(fā)生了巨大的變化,網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展和普及,給高校思想政治教育帶來(lái)了前所未有的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,同時(shí)也帶來(lái)的嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn),面對(duì)新的形勢(shì)的變化,高校怎樣進(jìn)行思想政治教育,以提高思想政治教育的實(shí)效性,是擺在思想政治教育者面前的一個(gè)不爭(zhēng)的事實(shí)。 思想政治教育作為中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)和政治優(yōu)勢(shì),自成立之日起,歷來(lái)受到十分重視和關(guān)注,將思想政治工作視為經(jīng)濟(jì)工作和其他一切工作的生命線。高校作為培養(yǎng)和教育社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的繼承者和接班人,更是將思想政治教育放在高于其他一切工作的首位,堅(jiān)持把德育放在教育工作的首位,這一點(diǎn)在黨的教育方針中體現(xiàn)得最為明顯。黨的教育方針的內(nèi)容,隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展變遷不斷豐富完善,但有一點(diǎn)始終沒(méi)有變化,那就是把德育工作,把學(xué)生的思想政治教育工作放在全部教育工作的首位,是一切工作的重中之重。新中國(guó)成立后,黨中央先后出臺(tái)了一系列通知、綱要、意見(jiàn)等專(zhuān)題性文件對(duì)高校思想政治教育進(jìn)行直接的、強(qiáng)有力的指導(dǎo)和支持。2004年8月,中共中央、國(guó)務(wù)院下發(fā)了《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的意見(jiàn)》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)《意見(jiàn)》),這是新時(shí)期加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的綱領(lǐng)性文件。《意見(jiàn)》強(qiáng)調(diào)指出,大學(xué)生是十分寶貴的人才資源,是民族的希望,是祖國(guó)的未來(lái)。加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育,提高他們的思想政治素質(zhì),并努力促進(jìn)他們的全面發(fā)展,把他們培養(yǎng)成為中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的建設(shè)者和接班人,對(duì)于全面實(shí)施科教興國(guó)和人才強(qiáng)國(guó)戰(zhàn)略,確保我國(guó)在激烈的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中始終立于不敗之地,.確保實(shí)現(xiàn)全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)、加快推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化的宏偉目標(biāo),確保中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)興旺發(fā)達(dá)、后繼有人,具有重大而深遠(yuǎn)的戰(zhàn)略意義�！兑庖�(jiàn)》指出,國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)形勢(shì)的深刻變化,使大學(xué)生思想政治教育既面臨有利條件,也面臨嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。面對(duì)新形勢(shì)、新情況,高校思想政治教育工作還不夠適應(yīng),存在不少薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)高校思想政治教育,提高高校思想政治教育的有效性就成為一項(xiàng)極為緊迫的重要任務(wù)。 在思想政治教育過(guò)程中,思想政治教育者在科學(xué)方法的指導(dǎo)下,結(jié)合時(shí)代發(fā)展的要求,受教育者的特征,展開(kāi)藝術(shù)性的思想政治教育,不僅是思想政治教育不斷發(fā)展的要求,也是適應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展的要求。思想政治教育不僅強(qiáng)調(diào)科學(xué)性,注重科學(xué)方法的運(yùn)用；也要講究藝術(shù)性,注重教育藝術(shù)的運(yùn)用。增強(qiáng)思想政治教育的藝術(shù)性的探討,對(duì)思想政治教育的效果起著十分重要的作用。 論文的研究,分為四個(gè)方面展開(kāi)： 第一部分主要論述新時(shí)期思想政治教育的新特點(diǎn)。新時(shí)期思想政治教育在教育環(huán)境、教育主體、教育客體、教育內(nèi)容及教育過(guò)程較之上世紀(jì)有了明顯的變化,具有明顯的時(shí)代氣息。但如果堅(jiān)持一成不變的教育方法和教育內(nèi)容,勢(shì)必會(huì)影響教育的實(shí)效性,因此,要用科學(xué)的教育方法加上靈活的技能、技巧,才能適應(yīng)時(shí)代的發(fā)展要求。 第二部分主要探討了新時(shí)期高校思想政治教育面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。文章先論述新時(shí)期我國(guó)高校思想政治教育的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,這是思想政治教育的有利條件,是令人值得欣慰的,但伴隨著機(jī)遇的是嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn),這是思想政治教育的不利因素。為后面進(jìn)行藝術(shù)研究的下了一定的基礎(chǔ)。 第三部分討論新時(shí)期高校思想政治藝術(shù)的特點(diǎn)、原則及藝術(shù)研究對(duì)思想政治教育的意義。思想政治教育是做人的思想工作,但人的思想、情感、思維方式、行為方式、價(jià)值取向等都是不同的,要因人而異,要用藝術(shù)的手段進(jìn)行教育。本節(jié)主要論述了思想政治教育藝術(shù)的特點(diǎn),原則及意義,從理論與實(shí)踐的角度解析了思想政治教育藝術(shù)的必要。 第四部分主要討論了提高思想政治教育藝術(shù)的途徑。本節(jié)是文章的主要部分,從教育環(huán)境的優(yōu)化,教育主體的素質(zhì)修養(yǎng),人格魅力等方面,教育的載體論述了提高思想政治有藝術(shù)的方法和途徑。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education is not only a subject , but also a science , it is also an art . The ideological and political education is a very practical social activity , has clear purpose and rich content , and will enrich and develop with the change of society . However , in the new historical period , the international domestic environment has undergone tremendous changes , and the development and popularization of the network have brought unprecedented development opportunities to the ideological and political education in colleges and universities .

Ideological and political education , as the excellent tradition and political advantage of the Communist Party of China , has always been paid great attention and attention since its establishment . It is the first place to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students . It is an urgent and important task to ensure the realization of a well - off society , accelerate the grand goal of socialist modernization , ensure the prosperity and prosperity of socialism with Chinese characteristics , and have great and far - reaching strategic significance .

In the process of ideological and political education , the ideological and political educators , under the guidance of the scientific method , combine the requirements of the times development , the characteristics of the educated people , and expand the artistic ideological and political education , not only the requirement of the development of the ideological and political education , but also the requirements for the development of the times .

The thesis is divided into four aspects :

The first part mainly discusses the new characteristics of ideological and political education in the new period . The second part mainly discusses the opportunities and challenges faced by ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new period . The third part discusses the characteristics , principles and art of ideological and political art in colleges and universities in the new period . The characteristics , principles and significance of the art of ideological and political education are discussed in this section , and the necessity of ideological and political education art is analyzed from the angle of theory and practice .

The fourth part mainly discusses the ways to improve the art of ideological and political education . This section is the main part of the article , from the optimization of the education environment , the quality of the education subject and the charm of personality , the carrier of education discusses the ways and means to improve the art of ideological and political education .
