高校中層干部教育培訓(xùn)的難點(diǎn)及其突破

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,高校中層干部教育培訓(xùn)的難點(diǎn)主要集中在五個(gè)方面:思想認(rèn)識(shí)難提高,培訓(xùn)需求難把握,師資隊(duì)伍難保障,組織保障難到位,管理考核難進(jìn)行。對(duì)于教育培訓(xùn)難點(diǎn)的突破,應(yīng)從以下六個(gè)方面著手:統(tǒng)一思想認(rèn)識(shí),提高學(xué)習(xí)培訓(xùn)積極性;把握需求,奠定培訓(xùn)基礎(chǔ);多措并舉,提高師資水平;加大投入,提高組織能力;強(qiáng)化考核,提高管理效果;重視實(shí)踐,提高培訓(xùn)實(shí)效性。
[Abstract]:At present, the difficulties in the education and training of middle-level cadres in colleges and universities are mainly concentrated in five aspects: difficult to improve the ideological understanding, difficult to grasp the training needs, difficult to ensure the teaching staff, and difficult to ensure the organization. To break through the difficult points of education and training, we should start from the following six aspects: unifying the ideological understanding, improving the enthusiasm of study and training, grasping the demand, laying the foundation of training, taking more measures to improve the level of teachers, increasing investment, Improve organization ability, strengthen examination, improve management effect, attach importance to practice and improve training effectiveness.
