種群生態(tài)視角下的學科會聚:模型構建與實證分析

【摘要】:隨著經濟全球化不斷推進,吸收借鑒國外的先進科學技術,固然是符合我國現階段國情的推進科技水平的重要途徑。然而,在切實關系到國家民生和國家安全的領域,真正的核心技術是無法借鑒的。在激烈的國際競爭中,自主創(chuàng)新是支撐一個國家崛起的筋骨,高校作為開展自主創(chuàng)新的首要智力資源,是提升我國科技競爭力的主力軍之一。而且,高校自主創(chuàng)新能力的提升是一個以學科為依托的系統工程,當務之急是要以學科改造為主線,推進學科的交會融合。 當今條件下,學科會聚成為學科發(fā)展的重要進程方向之一,如何促使具備不同知識背景的學者們在同一科研平臺協同配合,發(fā)揮最大效用,共同解決日益復雜的科技難題成為現今學科研究的重要方面。從現有資料看,學科會聚的動因研究多集中于外部任務拉動或行政力量推動型,但任何組織內部動因才是組織發(fā)展的最根本原因,且學科組織具備自身的生態(tài)性及發(fā)展范式,因此可以從學科自身生存和發(fā)展的沖動入手,探討學科會聚的內在動力機制。 研究密切圍繞學科組織之間關系這一研究路線,借由種群生態(tài)理論作為學科間關系研究的基本指導理論,將學科間關系劃分為學科競爭、學科寄生、學科共生及學科捕食四大類別,并通過學科生態(tài)位這一基本變量分別探討了四種類別下學科會聚實現難易程度與學科間關系的模型。下一步對目前學科會聚進程中影響學科會聚的重要因素進行了扎根,再結合影響學科會聚的四種主要變量,最終形成有關影響學科會聚主要變量與學科會聚實現難易程度的理論模型。最后選取了國內有能力及意愿發(fā)展學科會聚的高校進行了調研,重點在于在實踐中驗證模型的正確性與可行性。事實證明模型在實踐研究中可以使用,最后對模型進行了校驗調整。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, absorbing and drawing lessons from foreign advanced science and technology is certainly an important way to promote the level of science and technology in line with the current situation of our country. However, in areas that have a real bearing on the people's livelihood and national security of the country, In the fierce international competition, independent innovation is the backbone of the rise of a country, colleges and universities as the primary intellectual resources for independent innovation. It is one of the main forces to enhance the competitiveness of science and technology in our country. Moreover, the promotion of independent innovation ability in colleges and universities is a system engineering based on discipline. The urgent task is to promote the intersection and integration of disciplines by taking subject transformation as the main line. Nowadays, subject convergence has become one of the important directions of discipline development. How to make scholars with different knowledge background cooperate with each other in the same scientific research platform, To solve the increasingly complex scientific and technological problems together has become an important aspect of the present discipline research. From the existing data, the research on the motivation of discipline convergence is mostly focused on the external task pull or the administrative force push. However, the internal motivation of any organization is the most fundamental cause of organizational development, and the discipline organization has its own ecology and development paradigm. Therefore, the internal dynamic mechanism of discipline convergence can be explored from the impulse of the subject's own survival and development. The research closely revolves around the research route of the relationship between discipline organizations. By using the theory of population ecology as the basic guiding theory of inter-disciplinary relationship research, the inter-disciplinary relationship is divided into discipline competition and discipline parasitism. The four main categories of discipline symbiosis and discipline predation, Through the basic variable of discipline niche, the models of the relationship between the degree of subject convergence and the relationship between the degree of discipline convergence and the degree of discipline convergence under four categories are discussed respectively. The next step is to take root in the important factors that affect the subject convergence in the process of discipline convergence. Combined with the four main variables that affect the convergence of disciplines, Finally, a theoretical model is formed to influence the main variables of subject convergence and the degree of difficulty in the realization of subject convergence. Finally, the domestic universities with ability and willingness to develop subject convergence are investigated. The key point is to verify the correctness and feasibility of the model in practice. It is proved that the model can be used in practical research. Finally, the model is calibrated and adjusted.
